I participated in the Vaccines Study. It was a an online meeting with a moderator in a group setting. There were six participants from what I recall. I had a great experience. The other participants were very interesting and the moderator seemed very knowledgeable and experienced in not only moderating and steering a group but also on vaccines and health care in general. I think it’s important that citizens take the time to participate in these types of consumer feedback discussions. It will only help advance the quality of offerings we receive from brands and companies that provide products and services to us. Without feedback from the general population, how do these businesses know what consumers need and want? They need to hear from us and these honest and genuine discussions seem like a great way to provide feedback. I most definitely recommend 10KVOICES to others. It is a fun way to make a bit of extra cash while sharing our thoughts and opinions with organizations who want to know what we think. Win-win! The aspect of the 10KVOICES community I find most valuable is honestly just that: getting paid to share our opinions. I did the Mexican food study. I found this to be well worth the reward I received. I think its awesome they use real people like me and ask what we think about the product. I have and will recommend 10k voices. Everyone could use some extra income. I wish I could do these focus groups all the time, but I feel so lucky to have been picked at least for one. I like that i can earn a lump sum of money, I am a stay at home mama and we need all the extra we can get. Times are tough right now for everyone.

I have participated in a few studies from 10K voices and recently I participated in a study for cat owners regarding cat food. I really wanted to contribute to this project because I have several cats and I want them to have the best products because they mean a lot to me, so participating meant that I could actually influence and facilitate that aspect. The sign-up process was extremely easy to complete. All relevant details were shared regarding the project, making me feel well prepared for my upcoming participation. I also really like that study team was always very responsive to help along the way or answer any questions. The actual participation was in the format of an online discussion rather than a formal interview style, which personally I prefer. However, the most valuable aspect to me personally, was knowing that my contribution will actually make a difference in improving products that I am actually use in my everyday life. I participated in an AI Features study related to the Spotify Premium user experience. I overall found it quite enjoyable, especially because I am a daily, regular user of Spotify, and it would be interesting to eventually experience how the study participation changes the user experience, if at all, according to the responses. However, I did find it very long and borderline tedious in that all of the questions were extremely repetitive, since you would be presented with the same 6-8 questions for every single new potential feature proposed, and there were 15+ such features total that were presented for you to comment on.

I was involved in the sports betting survey. I found the experience to be exciting and fun. I actually looked forward to getting the text to fill out the information every day. I would think the information would help companies see where outside people using their product can see where improvements are needed and the things they are successfully implementing right. The questions ask were the most valuable to me because it opened my eyes to things that I didn’t realize I was doing. Highly recommend 10k Voices. I participated in a focus group for parents that asked about my child’s juice preferences. It was a lot of fun to be in the group with other parents and hear their opinions on how much juice and what flavors we feed our kids. I know this focus group helped the juice company a lot because we were able to pinpoint what parents and kids are looking for in a juice company and how the juice company can make us by more of their products. My teen and I participated in the Gaming & Sports Enthusiasts Study!; I found the experience very good, It was an easy experience and fun for my son to be able to express his opinions about sports and gaming something that he is already familiar with. Hello I participated in the Organic Chicken Study it was a fantastic experience. I learned alot even though I already knew a significant amount. I feel like I helped the company in getting an idea of what consumers of Organic Chicken want and I would fo sure recommend 10k voices to anyone looking for a gig for some extra cash. The process for getting assigned a study is quick and the studies themselves (either interview or discussion board) are always really easy. Payments are always sent in a timely manner. My only wish was that they paid out in checks rather than visa gift cards.
