I was especially impressed with Roos' ability to lead the workshops with our executive team. It was very helpful to have a facilitator who also has a lot of knowledge of our type of business. I highly recommend working with Roos if more focus is needed in any commercial operation, metrics have to be identified and implemented, Rev Ops teams have to be set up, and generally if a commercial operation needs to be professionalised.
