Doesn't spike blood glucose
This doesn't cause my blood glucose to spike which is my primary focus. It tastes great mixed with cold water in the shaker bottle. I add a bit extra water for a thinner texture. It's got a lot of great ingredients. Looking forward to trying other flavors

This shake is wonderful and serves it purpose. Plant based protein complex with fiber, probiotics, and no sugar? This product is close to perfect. It definitely sustains hunger while providing nutrition and satisfies the sweet tooth. Excited to try other flavors. Good job 310!
