My claim journey was very challenging sie ro trying for many years to address a claim with the VA for many many years. I was told by the VA that I did not have any service connected disabilities and wandered around aimlessly amd would periodically go back to the VA and try to get help for my conditions, and was always denied the assistance that I needed. I finally met someone that assisted me with getting a 20 percent rating, but I knew that I still jad other issue that were not being addressed. I was scrolling through Facebook and came across Drew and Paul who were very supportive, understanding and knowledgeable about the VA. I was directed to file an Intent To Claim, and was guided by Drew and Paul once I told them what I was dealing with and my symptoms. I was directed to address tests that would prove or disprove my my service connected disabilities. After following their directions and submitting a claim I went from 20 percent ro 100 percent service connected disabilities in about 4 months. I sid not realize that rhe money was in my account until they directed me to go into my VA account and to look into my bank account. I was blown away and am very happy, and they made me smile by teasing me and joking with me about rhe process. I would emphatically tell anyone that has been in the Military and jas been denied or jas not begun the process of determining what service connected disabilities hey have ro allow Drew and Paul to assist them. They are kind, professional, courteous, and they know what they are doing. I am so grateful that I met them and trusted in them with my journey. There is a lot of benefits I left on the table for many years and have been through so many challenges ro get ro this point. If you are just getting out of the Military or have been out for years and have any health issues talk with them and they can help you.

I separated from the Navy in 2009 and never filed a claim. I always heard it took years and was a battle that was hard to win, so I never started the process. I talked to no less than 10 other claims companies over the years and never pulled the trigger. Then I attended one of Paul's webinars one night and knew immediately that he was the one-on-one help I needed. Paul went through my entire service history and identified conditions I didn't even realize were connected to my military service. Things I had been living with for 15 years that I just accepted as part of life. He didn't just file paperwork. He educated me on what I was entitled to and why. He helped me understand the process, managed my expectations every step of the way, and made sure I was never left in the dark about where things stood. I went from 0% with no rating to 90% on my first claim. Eleven conditions service-connected. The claim was filed in October 2025 and I had my first rating decision by December. I'm still working toward 100% and we're not done yet. If you've been putting this off because you think it's too complicated or you've been burned by other companies, talk to Paul.

I just wanted to take a minute and thank both Paul and Drew for helping me to get my benefit increase.  For 20 years  I have struggled with tinnitus, severe hearing loss & ulcerative colitis. I started filing claims with the VA in 2021 and was denied on my first attempt so I gave up . In 2024  I decided to try again  on my own and was able get a 10% rating for tinnitus and hearing loss. An additional claim for ulcerative colitis and PTSD was denied. So, I decided to start shopping the bombardment of advertising veterans receive form companies who guarantee to win your claim, and found out that most of them just wanted a piece of the backpay. What sold me on Power Claims is that it is guaranteed 30% or your money back, so even if they only get you to 30% it pays for itself in 2 months!!!  I started working with Paul in May of 2025, even though we had one claim denied Paul still worked with me and encouraged me to continue with the process. In January 2026, just a few months after beginning my journey with Power Claims I am happy to report they my rating has now been increased to 60%. Folks that's a life changing $17,220.24  non taxable increase, not including the additional benefits received for going over 50%. I cannot thank these guys enough and highly recommend the Power Claims program and encourage any veteran who is looking for a rating increase to give these guys the opportunity to work for you. Thank you Paul and Drew... WE DID IT!!!

US Veteran Testimonial for Paul Shwartz, CEO of Operation Beacon / Power Claims "Paul Shwartz helped me secure a 100% VA disability rating, and his guidance made all the difference. As a veteran, I found the VA disability application and claims process frustrating, confusing, and at times overwhelming. Paul stepped in with the expertise, patience, and clarity I desperately needed. He walked me through each step — from gathering the right evidence to understanding how to present my conditions accurately — and he made sure I never felt lost or alone in the process. Paul’s ability to break down complex requirements and keep me focused on what truly mattered is the reason my claim succeeded. What sets Paul apart is his genuine commitment to veterans. He doesn’t just offer advice; he empowers you with the knowledge and confidence to fight for the benefits you’ve earned. Thanks to Paul and Operation Beacon, I finally received the rating and recognition my service warranted. I’m proud to recommend him to any veteran seeking help with their VA disability claim."

I started a claim in 2016 and got denied on everything, gave up and accepted the decision. Then a divine intervention hooked me up with Paul and Drew. They helped get from 0% to 90% in a few months, I am amazed at the knowledge and expertise they bring to bare for veterans. Don't give up there are people that care about us.

I'm pretty old, and not very computer savy. Ive learned an awful lot since seeing this training about how the pieces fit together on a sucessful claim. This video prepares you to tell a vital story about a journey through time and place. Ive learned that Paul and Drew really follow through on helping through the technical issues along the way. Its important for your family to get a claim right, and they understand this!

My experience with Paul Schwartz, Operation Beacon was handled with both professionalism and patience. Paul guided me through a successful submission that uncovered numerous benefits I would have missed. Additionally, he also discovered several potential problem areas that I may have missed without his guidance. Overall I highly recommend Paul to give assistance in your path to a successful VA disability claim.

I've been at 20% for several years. Over this time I've been turned down for other benefits even though my disabilities were definitely incurred in the Army. Paul was concerned, he listened and worked with me to get 60% within 3 months. It's crazy to me that I met 2 random guys on IG and it's changed my life. I almost didn't use him, but after our talk thankfully I decided to trust him. And on top of that he's a really nice guy.

RECOMMENDATION: If you are struggling with getting the military health benefits you deserve because of challenges with the VA Disability Claims process, then I highly recommend that you join the Power Claims team who use an online Claims Kit application at https://operationbeacon.com/. After almost few months, I'm about 60% complete with my package. BACKGROUND: I'm a retired AF Reserve veteran as of 2022 with the paperwork wrapping up in 2024. My active Reserve career spanned 31 years since 1982 with a deployment to support the war efforts in Afghanistan and the war efforts in Iraq. Since 2010, I've been complaining to family and friends about a back injury and a respiratory issues after returning from a deployment to Iraq. My back injury was documented in an LOD and I was exposed to burn pits during the deployment. Within the past year, my health has deteriorated to a point where my back pain has been unbearable, which limited my mobility with sciatic nerve pain in my legs and arms. As for breathing issues, the use of my albuterol inhaler has become ineffective--especially at night before I sleep. My civilian and VA doctors are helping address my known health issues and discover/treat my unknown health conditions, which I'm grateful for. VA CLAIMS STRUGGLES: My first VA claim was put in because a co-worker at my civilian job said that my kids would get to go to college in California tuition free, i.e., if I had a VA claim that was service connected. Not understanding the importance of documentation, I went to my local VSO who made it simple and was eager to help me get tuition free college for my kids. They opened my sealed military medical records to build my package and they submitted the disability claim, which resulted in my back and respiratory issues being denied, but left me with a 10% disability rating. Because of this 10% disability rating, all of my children attended tuition free college here in California, which I'm grateful for. As for me and my health, family and friends encouraged me to challenge my first claim because they believed my health issues to be service connected. Unfortunately, I was hearing nothing but negative stories until I met with family and friends who were successful with their VA disability claims. Long story short is that with my deteriorating health, I went to my local VSO in desperation for help. He spent about 15 minutes with me before sending me away with homework. He wanted a signed copy of a Nexus letter from my civilian doctor, a signed letter from a friend who drove me to the ER during a military training TDY, and copies of all of my civilian medical records. I left discouraged. First of all, I had no idea of what a Nexus letter was. When I went to my civilian doctor, he too did not know what it was. In any case, after about a month or two, my civilian doctor signed a letter with special legal jargon and several health diagnoses. The signed letter from my friend was a challenge because we had not kept in touch for over 20-years. I was fortunate that he was on LinkedIn and willing/ready to sign a letter to help me out. The letter was to support a my military medical record that stated I was in the ER for treatment while on TDY orders. As for my civilian records, Sutter Health made it easy to order/receive electronic records. So, with all of the homework assignments complete, I was ready to go back to my VSO to submit. I had a sit-down conversation with several close family and friends who successfully made it through the VA claims process and the said, "You don't have enough supporting documents and your package would probably get denied." So discouraged, I felt like giving up. I got stressed out just thinking about it. Then, I started seeing social media ads about getting up to 100% VA disability claims. On a hunch, I attended a free seminar based on an ad that read "My crazy VA claim strategy that takes veterans from 0-90% in one claim." The webinar was hosted by Paul Schwartz and halfway through it I was looking for the button to make a purchase (investment) after Paul made the comment, "...it's like Turbo Tax for VA claims." Although Paul explained everything in the online seminar, I didn't realize the value of this service. STRATEGY FOR SUCCESS: Paul and I meet once a week. He explained his personal VA claims struggles (similar to mine) and why he put together this claims process to help others avoid the pitfalls of the claims process challenges. I liken the claims process challenges to my struggles of doing my taxes manually before Turbo Tax was available. Using his technology talents, their online Claims Kit app can help put together a comprehensive winning package that matches your health conditions with a diagnosis, a service connection and an impact story. Based on your base/ship assignments and your military duties, the Claims Kit can provide you with hundreds of presumptive health conditions that you can quickly match to your existing medical diagnoses, which is the foundation of your claim. You cannot claim a health condition that your are not medically diagnosed with, which is where I am at in the process. I have many health conditions, but I've never worked with my civilian or VA doctors to make a diagnosis. In the next several weeks, I meet with a VA specialist to help make a diagnosis on my respiratory issues that I am now convinced by the Claims Kit are service connected with my deployments and my enlisted job duties where I was exposed to aircraft fuel toxins. BOTTOM LINE: If you want a strategy for success with your VA claims, then join Paul and his team. Their Claims Kit, experience with VA claims, and their service/support are worth your investment!

Wow! Talk about customer service. Very few companies out there cater to their clients like these guys. Paul and his team provide so much individualized information and training to the highest degree. I have watched countless youtube videos and I thought I had a good grasp on my disabilities, and my plan of attack, until working with them. Have been with these guys a couple of months now and always receive prompt and courteous attention, and the knowledge they give you far exceeds what I had expected. Best move by far, in locating professionals, that I could have made. I was very surprised when speaking with them, as they went through my military service records, and located injuries that even took me a couple of times to find and remember. Very thorough individuals. What company can you get to help you and you actually talk to the CEO via zoom. Love these guys! Vets helping vets.
