Wall of love for Alfreda McCray

I was working hard, but feeling really unfulfilled in my career and stuck in regards to what to do next. Alfreda helped me reflect and determine what was working, what was not, and how to take action. She challenged me to look beyond my job as well. I really appreciated that Alfreda and I could bring spirituality into our conversations, as that aligned to my values and helped me at my best. Because of Alfreda's coaching, I took some courageous moves that transformed my life (taking a sabbatical to travel, going to graduate school, etc.) and I don't think I would've moved as effectively without her coaching.

Coaching over the last 6 months has been rejuvenating. I came in wanting to build confidence in my leadership skills and speaking up in rooms that intimated me. I came in rating these skills a 5-6 and left rating them over a 10. I value my coaching partnership with Alfreda. She held me accountable and always followed up with questions or insight that made me think off the surface. Coaching doesn't feel like someone is judging your skills but more so helping you restore the skills that you already have inside and are timid to tap into. I truly appreciate the way Alfreda cheered me on and keep up with on via LinkedIn when I posted a milestone. She's the best at what she does.
