Wall of love for 7F Certification

I've used the Seven Frequencies framework in my everyday life, but this summer I had the opportunity to work as the Lead Audio Engineer for the 2026 FIFA World Cup in Atlanta. The Seven Frequencies gave me the tools that helped me communicate and connect with different personalities across teams made up of people from many backgrounds, cultures, countries, and ethnicities.

7F has been a great framework that I've used regularly in my coaching. One of the biggest values is that it makes visible what people have often already been feeling but haven't been able to put language to. There might be tension, friction, or a sense that something just isn't clicking, but they can't quite put their finger on what it is. 7F gives them language for it. Once something becomes tangible and you can actually name it, it becomes much easier to work with, grow in, and improve. One client in particular has run several businesses, is quite successful, and is very familiar with personality assessments. He's basically done them all. He told me 7F is one of the best frameworks he's ever come across because it goes much deeper than a typical personality assessment. He said he felt seen and understood on a completely new level. I'm really glad I went through the certification and am excited to keep using the framework.
