Dr Tam is a great doctor. I can give you a different perspective from the inside because I am the one who is working for him. He is my mentor. I am so grateful to meet him. I can see his unparalleled care toward patients & his employees. He taught me the patients cares, family values & personal goals. He is the cornerstone of my life, & I feel so fortunately to know him.

Over more than 40 years I have been suffering with severe back, lover back pain along with very bad knees to where I've ended up walking with a cane. I've tried so many special doctors and different programs, good and bad, and have spent several thousands of dollars to try and be able to be without pain in everything I do. A few weeks went by and I had the worse pain ever in my sciatic and back area to where I didn't sleep, I cried all night due to the pain. My husband found Dr Tam by surfing the internet and saw his specialties, and he was located in Vacaville (Which is 70 miles round trip for me). So I made an evaluation appointment with Dr Tam praying for help. Dr Tam and his wonderful, patient staff greeted me with most friendly greeting and saw the pain I was in. After my first visit, I found some relief, which was more than ever before, and with Xrays he found them to be very old and multiples injuries. I have been being treated for the past 3 months now by Dr Tam with adjustments, and Decompression Therapy and although I am not completely out of all my pain, I can now sleep, walk , bend my knees, walk at times with out my Cane, it is the BEST EVER I have felt in years. Dr Tam, you and your staff are the GREATEST! I thank God every day I found you. So If any of you are suffering with severe pain any where, be sure and make an appointment with this great doctor. He is up to date on the newest treatments for pain, and so very personal and caring about you! I will continue to be treated by him so I can get back to my goal of walking the beaches, and walking and playing with dogs I care for. I love Dr Tam and his staff. The first time I came to this office was almost 10 years ago. I had a very bad back problem that urges me to get a massage all the time. Since I first walk into their office, I was able to find CURE to my problem. Dr Tam had me on his treatment plan and once It was cured, I got pregnant. I received treatment or adjustment all throughout my pregnancy and I couldn't do it without the adjustments. It made my pregnancy a lot smoother and labor was fast and smooth without epidural. I recommend all moms out there to get Dr Tam's adjustment all throughout your pregnancy, it will make the journey a lot better for you and baby. Until now, my family takes advantage of his wellness plan and our babies love his adjustment as well. Dr Tam is a gem in Solano County.

I have nothing but praise and admiration for Dr. Tam and his staff. They go out of their way to be helpful and courteous. Dr. Tam is extremely knowledgeable, but continually strives to improve himself by regularly attending conferences and seminars. I have enjoyed marked improvement in my spine with his regular adjustments and have benefited greatly by his nutritional advice. He needs to be cloned many times over!

I went here after taking a brief consultation at the Solano mall. At the time, I had what I learned was a sciatic nerve issue. Up to that day I was prescribed pain pills that did not do much for the pain and discomfort. After the the first adjustment, I did not have the numbness going down my left leg. A couple of weeks later I was able to run with out lower back pain. Since 2014 I have had weekly adjustments and it has made me stronger and aware of my body. I was encouraged to try Dr Tam by a friend for my lower back pain. Not only did I get help with my back but Dr Tam showed me how my neck was a big part of the problem! When I started this journey I had NO IDEA that I would get NATURAL healing using my own body as the tool and food/exercise/sleep as the fuel. Every time I see Dr Tam he has a tip or advice on something natural, inexpensive or free, simple and ahead of trend. He encouraged me to follow a Keto diet and observe intermittent fasting for my inflammation way before it became the new trend and widely advertised. His wife is a physical therapist and he has shown me stretches and simple exercises that make my back stop hurting! So many times the pain is just the result of tight muscles that I didn't even know I had! If you give him a complaint he either has the antidote or he researches ON HIS OWN TIME and finds one. He believes the best way to heal the body is with the body. He even gave a me a great tip on grass-fed beef from Casa Rosa farm in Guinda! He is truly a wise healer!

There’s nothing more I can say about Dr. Tam and his office but to simply praise them with their service The entire staff treat you as family and will surely take good care of you. My journey with Dr. Tam started when I’ve been getting chronic back pains due to a pinched nerve and 2 bulging discs. The adjustments and spinal traction table has been a godsend. After 4 months of treatment, I was pain free and it was followed up by physical therapy to ensure that it never comes back. Thanks again Dr. Tam! I will surely recommend this office to anyone who’s been suffering the same condition that I had.

Went to AFC recently, after injuring my back at work, and while Dr. Tam was unable to treat me for legal purposes due to the nature of my injury, he was extremely helpful in pointing me in the right direction. Even offered complimentary care in the future since he wasn't able to help me then. Dr. Tam and the AFC staff are TOP NOTCH!

Recently, my family moved to our new home and after carrying a couple of boxes, I noticed that my back was aching a little bit. At first, I thought it was nothing and that a simple rest is all it takes to make it go away. However, days have gone by yet the pain is still there and it hasn't gotten any better. Fantastic practice! Dr Tam and his staff are knowledgeable, warm and most importantly passionate. I did not feel rushed or feel like a burden when asking as many questions as I needed. There should be more Drs in this world like Dr Tam.

Love these guys!! I was 28 from the chin, up but 75 from the neck down. Dr. Lyon's plan has given me my life back!!! Also, Dr.Tam is a freaking wiz on weight loss & infrared treatments for neuropathy!(chemo/diabetic)

For 28 years I suffered from PMS and very difficult periods..With that being said I had to be on medication to control my pain and I also had to go through 2 laparoscopic surgeries for the pain.... After treatments from Dr. Tam my PMS went from 10 days to 4 days. After 1 year of treatment I have NO PMS and my period pain is much lighter. I do not have to treat cramps with strong narcotics like Vicodin, Ibuprofen.. etc... I also do not have to plan my life around my menstrual cycle and can conduct normal activities ... Go to Dr. Tam and try...you will be pleasantly Surprised!!

I had a great fear of chiropractors but after coming to Absolute Family Chiropractic that has totally changed. Dr. Tam takes the time to explain what he does and why. He uses the Nucca technique which is very gentle. Since coming to AFC, I am feeling so much better, sleep better, etc. Customer service here is outstanding.

This place has made my life a 1000 times more comfortable!! I used to have unbelievable neck pain that would halter my everyday life. Dr. Tam & his staff have greatly helped in relieving the pain. The method used isn't that of your average chiropractor (crack & pop), it's called NUCCA and its a lot less abrasive & the results are impressive. As a patient you are x-rayed and monitored closely to make sure that there is progress. Everyone in the office is friendly and professional. This has been the best 9 months!! I would highly recommend this office to anyone suffering from any kind of aches &/or pains. Oh & the fresh baked cookies & fresh apples are a nice touch too.
