Everyone has a different perspective on things, even though sometimes you might not see it. Communication is the key for sure. The best thing about the program is acknowledging things that seem obvious at first, but are hard to actually implement and practice. Also just a look from aside, since we all need it to be more confident, grounded and self aware.
