Being a part of Kristen Grove’s Energy Mastery Work/Play Shop was so much fun and also...I think...life changing. One of the things I loved most is how Kristen says she is not giving us “new” information, but rather reminding us of what we already know as human and spiritual beings. That resonated so deeply with my experience. The teachings didn’t feel intellectual or forced, The information just dropped in naturally. What Kristen teaches feels like essential knowledge for living a healthy, sovereign life. Just as we learn how to nourish and care for our physical bodies we can learn how to care for our energy field in the same way. This workshop gave me practical, grounded tools for exactly that and it worked right away. I’ve been using the techniques daily for about a month now, and I honestly love them. They feel efficient, natural, empowering, and I enjoy them. I genuinely feel more myself when I ground into my own energy. Learning energetic sovereignty has already helped me a lot, especially while navigating a new social season of life. What makes this work so powerful to me is that it feels both life-changing and completely natural at the same time. I truly believe these are tools everyone should learn from a young age, as soon as they are old enough to understand and play with them. And beyond the teachings themselves, Kristen is such a beautiful person. She is warm, generous, funny, deeply present, and incredibly engaging. I found myself leaning in, excited to hear more. She genuinely embodies what she teaches, she walks the walk and you can feel the integrity and power of this work through the way she lives and interacts with others. I’m deeply grateful for Kristen, for this workshop, and for everything I’m continuing to learn through this work. I’m so excited to continue exploring and deepening into it over time.

From the very first time I listened to a few of the attunements on AHA, I knew that these were potent. I have been walking a personal path to self growth and Ascension for about 30 years and when I was first invited into the AHA platform I was feeling so frazzled, out of sorts, and not like myself at all. Being a happy person most of my life with a positive disposition had been where I felt comfortable. Seemingly without reason, I was experiencing intense sadness, and grief for days on end and not knowing what to do about it or where it was coming from. She suggested attunements for grounding, clearing, and one for calling my energy back and releasing male guilt. Like magic I felt clear, grounded, and then noticed that the sadness had left as well. Over the last three months working with Kristen, my understanding of my body's nervous system has expanded and how I relate to my emotions have become forefront in my daily life. These attunements are helping me so much in actually processing these emotions very quickly, often times dissolving these intense feelings that weren't mine in the first place immediately. I now notice when I feel out of balance quickly, not only that, but I have the tools to get my body back into a place where it is so much more regulated. Working with Kristen and the AHA platform has been life-changing. If you have the opportunity to do so, I cannot recommend it enough. Simply put..... she's handing you the keys to your Kingdom!

Kristen’s energy work was one of the most powerful catalysts I’ve ever experienced. Working with Kristen feels like all the best childhood memory’s bubble up to the surface again and ignite a happiness that sets up in your body permanently. Her work feels like the excitement we all had for life before life taught us it could be hard. Since my first session with Kristen I have felt lighter, happier, and less anxious. That grows with each session I have with her. She also scaffolds her sessions with work that I can continue daily on my own, so that I can always be progressing on my path. Her work has gently taught me that each season can be better than the last, and she has helped me to look at my life with the happiness and excitement that I hadn’t even known was missing! Kristen’s guidance has allowed me to feel enormous weights lifted and a lightness that I hadn’t felt since childhood. Her teachings can seem almost too easy to be so impactful, but her work has taught me that small intentions can bring colossal change. After my first session with Kristen I knew instantly that she was a one in a million bright light healer. It’s incredibly easy to breathe easy in her presence and she shines so bright when she teaches that you can’t help but pick up the glow and pass it on. I feel like she’s a bright star rippling goodness and light thru each persons story that she touches. A few years ago in grad school I realized I was pursing my masters in psychology not for a career path, but for my own childhood healing. In a few sessions Kristen helped me to heal and release childhood grief that four years of in-depth psychology classes couldn’t teach me! Until working with Kristen I never knew that I needed to release patterns, memory’s and connections on an energetic level. Being able to practice her teachings allows me to have more space for my family and friends, yet also in every passing interaction I have. I have so many new tools to access from Kristen’s teachings. I can now take a bad day, pause, take the time to connect and release it. The beauty is I don’t even have to always know what the root of the issue is. Her practices are set up to help gently release on so many levels that I can freely let go of things without having to overthink them. If anyone asked me about joining Aha or working with Kristen, I would wholeheartedly, enthusiastically, overwhelmingly encourage them to do so as soon as humanly possible. Joining her practices allows life to bloom open with a joy and happiness that I never knew I was missing, but now feels like home. AHA moments I’ve had: Learning to master pulling my energy from my loved ones doesn’t mean I’m abandoning them. I’ve practiced this and within hours had my phone ring with my family member reaching out in a new and loving way. I’ve been able to learn to sit back and not try to control situations with worry or anxiety. I know that I can attract the negative if I obsess over it (thank you practice for getting me out of jury duty for a week!) Her personalized teachings have helped me trust my intuition on such a deep level that with each week I feel more at peace and anxiety isn’t a personality trait that I feel like I’ll carry with me now. Female grounding has such an automatic daily effect on my life. I enjoy seeing in real time the effect it can have on my life. I can female ground within seconds- while driving, talking, before picking up the phone for a call- and instantaneously feel (and see) the impact. Learning to sit in my true and original energy has felt so powerful and brings a calm frequency to every thing I do in life. I’ll never be able to thank you enough for the incredible gift you’ve given me, and my family. I’m excited to continue to pass it on ⭐️

This was a practice that felt like finding a new room in a house you’ve been living in. Sometimes we can spend so much time focusing on shadow work and ~~our triggers~~ what lights us up that it’s difficult to see how our past accomplishments and our dreams/desires/fantasies could also be blocking us. Where I could use some guidance is, how do practices like manifestations or vision boards fit in with this practice? Or do they eventually get in the way if not cleared? Day 2 of inbox candy on longing feels like a possible starting point. I feel like I understand it in theory but am tripping myself up when trying to approach it in on a practical everyday level.

This class was so eye-opening and mind-blowing! My aura feels so much lighter after exploding my fantasy pictures. Opening to wonders will become one of my favs too 🥰🩷

I am in gratitude for your creative and generous energy. Thank you for offering lessons on approaches of how to enter the Sacred Space deep within our bodies, while also creating a sacred community, a sacred tribe to support each other. Learning how to clear out other peoples energies and despair so that I can step into a real sense of groundedness and be open to myself are powerfully meaningful lessons to learn.

I have worked on my emotions before with professional help yet, for the first time, the Rejuvenation practices have left me focused and rebalanced like never before in my grown-years. I looooove Radiance course. Kris is amazing with delivering and clarifying everything. My soul was dancing during those six weeks. It felt like drinking the most delicious fresh water after being thirsty for a while. The afterfeel is like you just did a deep cleaning of your home, threw the old stuff out and filled your home with fresh mountain air, flowers and the most delicious smell of essential oils. I Love it and I recommend it.
