I am currently doing my articles in auditing and studying part-time. I appreciate the insightful event provided, which has made me more aware of taking more tangible action and not only vaguely stating that I would like to stop procrastinating. But to believe in myself and do it.

I am a third year Engineering student from India. I was feeling a bit unmotivated to start my new semester. This webinar was really impactful as I got a lot of clarity on where I'm headed both personally and professionally. The reflections of 2024 really helped, and I was able to point out what I did right and what I can improve. I have been trying to work on my music, but I hardly got the time between college and looming deadlines. Turns out I was multitasking which led to me taking more time to complete my work. The sessions by the guest speakers, TJ Power and Sahil Bloom were amazing! The part about working hard vs working smart was so profound that I just realized that I wasn't paying the cost of entry to actually see improvements in my music. Thank you so much Team Ali Abdaal for such a beautiful and insightful workshop! Loved it!

I'm a registered dietitian and started following Ali about 4 years ago( because he also had worked in the NHS but as a doctor) - I have gotten significant value from the multiple reflections/ quarterly quests and Ali's videos over time and translated much of it into my life slowly over the past years ! If you're on the edge of taking 2-3 hours to share in the reflections/ quarterly quests, just do it ! I always come away with some clarity in 2+ areas of my life and am glad I spent the time! Ali is genuine and comes across as authentic in his desire to help /increase importance of behavioral change ( and not someone trying to pedal things)- 100% worth the time and a pleasant Saturday morning! I'll be continuing to make time to join these sessions as long as they are continued to be offered . Thank you Ali!

Hi Ali and team ! I am a student and therefore currently taking exams so I don't have a lot of time unfortunately. I did follow the first session and the conclusion. I am a student creative media management and therefore intrested in creating but I have been following you since before I started this study. I am currently focusing on my studies but have many big dreams. My ultimate goal, after being happy :) , is to find the time to do and learn many different things and combine these in a sustainable lifestyle. This event was a big help in getting clarity of where I want to go in the next years. Thanks a lot and congratulations ! greetings from Belgium Kato PS: An internship with you guys would definitely be the dream so please do let me know if you are looking for an enthusiastic intern ;)

Hi Ali, Thank you so much for today’s incredibly insightful session. I usually never watch productivity content as they feels unrelatable and, quite honestly, not the best use of my time. However, your videos always manage to strike a chord with me. They’re engaging, relatable, and hold my attention till the very end. Regarding today’s session, I gained so much clarity about myself and my future goals while thoroughly enjoying the experience. A special thanks to TJ Power, his session truly helped me to somewhere identify a key factor affecting my productivity (the infamous dopamine!). I am determined to implement the strategies discussed and complete the assigned tasks diligently. I’m already looking forward to tomorrow’s session with great excitement. Once again, thank you for such impactful and motivating content!

My name is Matthew Obee. I'm a physics teacher in a secondary school in North-East England near Newcastle. I'm working on my physics YouTube channel, GCSE PHYSICS EXPLAINED. I know it's helping my students to learn physics and I'm really proud of that and they love the channel. I've had time off recently from it as I felt disheartened about the channel not growing much after 6 years so I'm hoping that the event will help me to find inspiration to keep going. My mission is to make education free to anyone that wants to learn, so to hear Ali also has the same mission is incredible. Well done, and good luck.

I've been working in the landscape maintenance and design field for two years and ended up with an overwhelming back log of spring projects to create for clients. I've been following you for a while, and your book really helped me realize I needed to make some changes. I'm determined to get my back log finished by the end of January and stay on top of my workload in 2025. This event has inspired me to stay focused and stay positive! Today's event helped by giving me more tools that I can start using to become more productive in my professional life...and to enjoy my personal life more along the way. I appreciated the reflection questions that you gave us, and I'll turn those reflections into ACTION Points! The exercise to create my own eulogy will become a "New Year's" practice to help me put my life and goals into perspective. Other key take aways were thinking about my Life Compass and my North stars; what I'd like to "continue, start and stop" in the new year; the Dose effect and how I can use it to better manage my stress levels and increase motivation; taking micro breaks and setting aside a Think Day once a quarter or once a month; delivering excellence and creating value for my clients; and the relationship between working hard vs. working smart. I wasn't sure how much I would get out of this event, but since I enjoyed your book so much and knew who some of your speakers were, I suspected that it would be worth attending. Thank you for making the event free, since I'm closely watching my spending these days. I appreciate the time and energy you and your speakers put into the first day of this event, and I'm looking forward to tomorrow!

I'm Joanna, I'm 32 years old and I live in Austria. I left my full-time job as a project manager a year ago to pursue my dream of becoming a content creator. I've always felt like I could make a difference in this world, and having a full-time job was simply frustrating to the point of affecting my private life and relationships. I decided on my niche (even though it's broad), I purchased a domain, hosting, and even started a content calendar in Notion... The problem is that, in terms of content creation itself, nothing really happened in the last year. I'm ashamed of myself and I've almost run out of my savings... However, I have grown up a lot, I have learnt a lot about myself, improved relationships that I've been ruining over the last few years, and got a bit more clarity in my life. Now I'm struggling with simply taking action. Your event helped me reflect on my goals for the upcoming year and gave me insights on WHY I struggle so much. DOSE is simply amazing; I didn't know that the lack of dopamine could have such a huge impact on my productivity. Thank you, Ali, TJ, and Sahil. You give me the power to at least try to make a positive impact in this world, as you do.

Hello, I'm Rahat. I am a Video Editor. I've been following Ali for a long time and have always been a huge fan of his work and the value he provides for the audience. I've seen your podcast with TJ and this Productivity Spark was immensely helpful to me, I got clarity, a better vision for my life and have made action points which I'll work on right away. Thanks to Ali for putting together such a life changing event for anyone and everyone. The value in this was priceless. Thank you to TJ and Sahil for all the wisdom and actionable points. P.S. I did enter Flow State while attending this workshop.

Hey!! I'm a 16-year-old student so you might think that this summit is not quite appropriate for my age or common among teenagers, and I was also thinking the same thing before deciding to give it a go and join. It turned out to be one of the best times I've ever spent, highly motivating and super efficient. I loved all of the workshops, the presentations, reflection moments and guests!! Also the logistics that went behind building a platform for so many people to come on and be able to interact with the questions are crazy hard work and I'm so grateful for it. Overall it was an amazing, motivational and educational experience and I'm so thankful I got to be a part of it!!

Thank you so much, Ali and the entire team, for hosting this incredibly insightful, inspiring, and impactful event! Reflecting on 2024 through this experience has been truly eye-opening—it’s helped me recognize areas for growth and provided clarity on how I can align my actions with my priorities for a better 2025. I’ve learned so much about building powerful habits to boost my DOSE and motivation (shoutout to TJ Power!) and understanding the audience's "screams" for me as the main character through Sahil Bloom’s thought-provoking prompts. These prompts gave me much-needed clarity and helped me realize the misalignment between my weekly habits and true priorities. I’m truly amazed at how simple yet effective these strategies are in creating a clear vision for my life. I’m incredibly grateful to Ali and the team for organizing everything so seamlessly. Ali’s positivity, humility, and honesty always make these sessions so relatable and impactful. Thank you for helping me start 2025 with a clearer mind and renewed purpose!

Who are you & what are you working on? I'm a software developer, a writer and I'm trying to get my novels published How did the event help you? I was actually expecting more. I'm neurodivergent (autistic and ADHD) and I know contents are usually created for neurotypical people, but I found the whole experience very stressful. I was writing down the questions, and then I didn't have enough time to write the answers. The part about dopamine was almost useless for me because ADHD is a dopamine disorder, and it's something I've struggled with my whole life and can't be fixed with some cold water. I liked the last part, more reflecting, nothing to write, no challenges to be the first to get the right answer to a quiz... I could just listen and relax and think. I know these kinds of contents are not created for people like me, but I thought I could have gotten something out of it anyway. There were too many inputs. Two different things to watch (zoom and menti), music and words, things to read and write. People in the chat were also very rude, and were spamming in all caps whenever they could. I didn't even try to write something there, it was intimidating. Menti was also lagging a lot, and many times it didn't record my answers. I will probably take my time to write the eulogy in the next few days (again, not enough time). If I'd have to summarize it I would say: stressful and it gave me a headache.

This workshop was great it made me think hard about where I am now and where am going and how to get there. I recommend this to everyone.

Great Event, I joined the event late, right at the end of the Eulogy part, my apologies, as it was really early in the morning. BUT it was amazing to see how many other people was also present. TJ's breakdown of the DOSE laws, was eye opening in the sense of how drastically small changes like what he offered can change the hormone levels in the body. Am excited to begin the 5 day challenges he talked about and how I can try to incorporate those challenges into daily and weekly habits. Seeing an Daily Screen Time of 5h 51m when I have a full time job, and other "priorities" is a "achievement" I do not want. His explanation of the dopamine curve that builds up overtime during activities, made me realize how technology and the spikes created from the "just scrolling" really hurts the natural system. His slides he was showing was just *chef kiss, not only was I able to completely understand the 4 hormones [DOSE], but understand how I can reset them in a sense to be better productively in my life across all regions. Sahil's think day prompts were thought provoking. Really drove home the idea of how we are the protagonist in our story, but sometimes being subjective and observing from a "audience member" perspective, you can immediately see where your direction in moments should really be spent. His wealth score quiz also reinforces where you need to be more productive in the 5 types of wealth. "My Actions speak about my Priorities" was a powerful statement that I will definitely be using as an action statement this year to improve in areas of my life where I have been lacking. Day 2 is tomorrow, and this time I will be there on time! Thank you so much Ali & team, TJ Power, Sahil Brown, It was amazing!!!

My name is Ahmad, and I hold a PhD in AI. I recently founded Runzbuzz, a company specializing in AI solutions for startups and developing apps for individuals. Ali's videos were a game-changer, particularly in mastering time management through techniques like time blocking. Today's activity offered valuable insights into the biological factors that influence productivity, such as dopamine, and how to manage them for optimal performance. Another eye-opening concept was adopting an 'eagle's perspective'—imagining someone observing our life to assess whether we're truly aligning our actions with our priorities. This fresh perspective not only brings clarity but also inspires intentional planning, empowering us to turn our goals into reality with confidence and focus.

I’m a soft skills and business English trainer. This event made me finally sit down and reflect on the year. I’d been procrastinating because it felt like I needed hours for it, even though I already had some frameworks. It also gave me a couple of great ideas for future goals - like tweaking my morning routine to keep dopamine levels up. And that question “What would the audience scream at you?” is brilliant. I can shut up my inner voice, but dealing with an audience in my head is way harder now :D
