I have lived here for 4 years now and I am so happy with the experience I have had. The office staff is always so helpful! Would definitely recommend to anybody!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful during the apartment searching process. The tour guide showed me two different style apartments. They had a great deal going on that saved me a lot of money.

The Young Lady that attended to me deserved an immediate raise! She answered all my questions professionally and with impeccable knowledge.. She also spoke and behaved herself at all times professionally... Excellent, Flawless, Customer Service!!!.. Her representation of the Company and herself would be hard to match..even as she was dressed also professionally.. Very well groomed.. Jaqueline Jackson is her name.. Excellent 5 Star Experience!☺

I have a master room and it has tons of space! Comes with a nice walk-in closet and decently sized private bathroom. Plus, the full size bed is definitely an upgrade from what I had before lol. The office staff is also super nice, especially Sasha!

So beautiful! This place is dreamy! The place has a huge tv screen by the pool. The clubhouse is all up to date. Tons of study room and I can ride my bike to school (when it opens!) I waited to sign thinking I might rent elsewhere and the studio sold out. Me and my beat friend ended up renting together.

Can’t wait to move in this august!! Management has been extremely helpful with the whole process which has been awesome since this is my first time signing a lease :)

It’s been great! Such a good location and everyone is so nice! I think this is the best off campus housing option out of all of them. The roof is also so fun for warm weather.

My Living Experience Living here has overall been a great experience for my fiancee and myself. The maintenance staff is always quick with repairs and very friendly. My fiancee really appreciates the shuttle because it gives her a safe way to get to and from home.

"The Marshall is definitely the best out there. The staff is very nice and welcoming. Especially Mr. Albert. I have never met someone who loves their job more than this man. Their gym is second to none and if you are someone who likes study rooms, this is your place. They have a study rooms on each floor and each study room comes with a flat screen tv. My favorite study room is on the 5 floor."

The crossings have great rooms, and restrooms. But I have to say that some people that work here are amazing. Sasha is one of the best people who work here along with Lara! They're both great, and make sure to attending to everything that is needed and asked for when it comes to question, concerns, or anything else!
