I’m not sure where to begin my journey with investing, because, honestly, I knew nothing about it. I had never read finance journals. I didn’t understand investment terminology, and the world of finance felt completely unfamiliar to me. Then I attended Andy’s five-day workshop. Tu savais que tu ne pouvais pas investir directement dans le S&P 500 et que c'est plutot dans un fond qui suit le S&P 500 que tu peux acheter. Est-ce que tu vas en faire des travaux, oui. Wow. What a journey I've been on. With Andy as my ever attentive and encouraging guide. Money comes with so much baggage, but week after week my old disempowering stories were dismantled and replaced by a new one of claimed agency, not just in finance but in my whole life. Now I see money as a tool, as emotionally neutral. Now I can articulate investing mistakes I have made in the past and know that won't happen again and why. This course leaves no one behind. I am a creative so this initially felt pretty alien to me, I wanted to quit about half way through, throw my toys out of the pram (oh, those inner villains are so wiley!) thinking I wasn't up to it, but Andy's enthusiasm and care picked me back up and I feel so proud and empowered to have got to the end. A few months ago, I discovered Andy Gupta's presentations about the world of investing, which were a revelation for me, as well as ‘Ask Andy’. I had been looking for training in this field for some time. Having recently retired, I work with a financial advisor who talked to me about investments, but I felt like he was speaking another language. I needed to understand because he had my future in his hands. Andy gave me the opportunity to take that power into my own hands and make my own decisions. So, I dove in with Cohort 20. It was an investment in my future, even though it could represent a significant amount of money for me. With Andy, I finally had someone who talked to me about markets and investments in simple language, with concrete examples and facts. He wasn’t there to sell me investments, but to educate me and give me the tools, as well as make me aware of mistakes I could make, like investor. His experience was very valuable to me. I was really starting from zero. I had never been interested in the markets, or in the economy, or in the financial world. It was a section I would skip when I read the newspapers. With ‘Ask Andy’ and the tools offered, I could spend as much time as I wanted, and I wasn’t limited to the time of my financial advisor. Andy was very generous with his time and is passionate about this field. It was a pleasure to attend the classes. I worked really hard on the exercises. I put part of my life on hold, because for me, it was almost a full-time job… but also an investment in my future. I could avoid costly mistakes. Since English is not my first language, I also had to use translation to understand here and there. Finally, now that I’ve reached the end of the course, I can say it was very beneficial for me, and when I spoke to my financial advisor recently, he no longer made me fear with his language and all his numbers. We just finished Cohort 20. This course is funded on Andy's knowledge and experience as a wall street investor (etc.) at Goldman Sacks (etc.) for more than 20 years. The course is one of its kind, is precisely structured to give women the knowledge for investment. Sincerely I didn't hesitate to take the course bc I could see his experince talking to us at the preparation classes. The financial knowledge, the steps to follow, the empowerment this course gives women is enourmous, especially in my case I was looking for this information. This is a complete techique to follow that we will keep for life. Yes there is time to dedicate to learn, but its totally worthy. I am totally satisfied for having graduated from this course. I doubt there is anything out there so complete and well thought out as Andy has put it together especially for women.

I chose to do the 15 week course from being based in the UK. Before the course I have been invested in an ISA and pension, but honestly, I didn't have the in depth knowledge of what it is that I was invested in, at least not at a deep level. Even though my existing investments are doing well, I wanted to be able to invest myself, but didn't want to do anything without having any knowledge or strategy in place. I didn't trust myself to not lose the money. Andy's course has helped me to understand the markets, to form my own opinion on what is being said in articles and media about the world and what it's impact could be on my portfolio. I came away from the 4 day course, with a greater understanding on how to make a portfolio, create an ice-cream sundae of diverse assets that take minimal risks. That the best time to start is now! Because even with $100 a month invested, that's roughly $16,000 in 5 years, depending, of course. So, even with a small profit, it's better than no profit. One moment that stood out, apart from how wonderful Andy is, is not to trust anyone telling you they can grow your money! If there was a way Wallstreet would be doing it. With this four days I learnt that investing is not only a longer term thing but it's essential to have an structured plan. Like for example adding a fixed quantity each month. A certain sum was taken from my salary every month. During the years the papers were evaluated to ensure that the risk was ok with my work situation. In almost 6 month the bank kept all my monthly salary and I could not pay my bills... Now fear came into my life. My good economy was suddenly changed to crash. In the age of 66 that was an eye opener.. how could I let it go so far.. I have traded forex as well. Also with loses. I have listened to the wrong people too many times. My biggest aha in this masterclass was to see how you can put together your portfolio to secure growth and especially to see that a product with high risk combined with the right partners actually could lower the total risk of the investment.. thats big. And after this experience I know that with Andys system i can build my portfolio without fear of loosing more money.. Now I feel I am ready to learn more. Growing up, the narrative and beliefs were that money was the root of all evil, money doesn't grow on trees, money is hard to make, you have to work hard to make money. Even as an adult, I didn't know what investing was, nor the stock market.

Andy's financial literacy course was a game-changer for me!

Coming from India and now living in the US, my investments were mostly on autopilot, managed by our advisor. The pandemic sparked my curiosity, and I realized I needed to take control of my financial future. I'd recommend this course to any one who wants to take charge of their finances and investing. Understanding finance and investing can be hard, even for someone like me who has an MBA and has worked at Goldman Sachs.

Before this course, I simply let my financial advisor take care of my investing and didn't have the basic knowledge to check whether the strategy was right for me. After this course, I feel equipped and confident about the level of risk I'm comfortable with, what portfolio I will choose, asking the right questions, and even doing my own investing for a set of goals.

Andy has really simplified the concepts and given me the confidence. This is not easy work, but he will be there through out to support and get you to the other side if you are willing to put the effort. On top of all of this, Andy is just all around a genuine and kind human being.

Monte Carlo in 0 to 90 with Andy I wanted my daughters to start investing earlier than I did, and so I sent them the information about Andy’s class. I too became interested in the content and approach, and signed up. In my 25 years plus of investing, I had never taken such a class. Now 9 weeks into the class, I am blown away by the financial portfolios we created using Andy’s framework and tools based on our risk appetite and time horizon. My daughter’s financial literacy went from 0 to 90 in 9 weeks! She is 15+ years ahead of me at her age with an understanding of the stock markets, inflation, fed interest rates, treasury/corporate bonds, ETFs, US and International equities, fixed income, commodities, crypto, correlation to S&P 500, Sharpe Ratio and Monte Carlo simulation. For me, the class has connected the dots and provided a framework + tools (used by professional investors) to address emotions and fear with market ups/downs. I am ready to take control, evaluate investment options, and rebalance my portfolio quarterly with confidence rather than rely on my financial advisor. A big bonus was the opportunity to take a class with my daughter! I have to commend Andy on how he has created the course for a very diverse student group w/ages 24-65 years from different industries, investment experience and participating from 4 continents in 7 time zones. I'm a 49-year-old psychotherapist in California. I've had lots of education in my time but never learned how to invest my money wisely. So I’ve only ever dipped my toe in the stock market. I was too scared of losing my hard-earned cash. I didn't understand how to take less risk, ways to research where to put my money, or how to even talk about investing. I’m astounded by what I’ve learned and how competent I feel after taking Andy's class. I now have the language to articulate my rationale for my investment choices.
