I recently started using ChatNode AI and I must say, it has been an incredible experience so far. The platform is user-friendly and the AI responses are impressively accurate. The GDPR compliance is a big plus, ensuring the protection of user data. The ability to train ChatNode and provide corrections for better accuracy is a valuable feature. Overall, I highly recommend ChatNode AI for anyone looking to enhance their chatbot capabilities.

There were other choices - I chose this ChatNode Ai because of the features and support but mostly for the creators of Chatnode AI who are sincere, hard-working and honest.

When making decision among others tool, just falling love with the Chatnode bot on their website. It can almost answer all my question that makes me for confident to choose although I had a inclined to choose the one that looks like more stable. And as I tried to apply it on my own website and with a bit adjustment and training for couple days, just find the flow. Then I know it, this is the tool that I searching for. Keep it up Chatnode team! Don't get distracted by ton of features that could kill the core feature, keep focusing on the core feature "customer services" ai that can rely on that help business owner running their business (or maybe staff cloning for things that ask repeatedly) and stable development (focus on more how to make the ai can fit as staf complimentary to answer repetitive question). And hopefully in feature can be second brain for the business owner. Do marathon not sprinter.

Have installed it on 2 Websites (for german services and audience), both with very special themes. Setup was easy, it runs smoothly and adds so much value to the customers and the business owners, of course). My advice: give it a try!

ChatNode is an exceptional chatbot product that I highly recommend. Not only is it incredibly easy to use, but it also boasts a visually stunning design that sets it apart from other chatbots in the market. My first chatbot was set up and running in minutes. I stacked 5 codes (no-brainer). I wish I could give more than 5 tacos!

I've tried 4+ other Ai Chatbot solutions and wasn't happy with any of them.... not anymore. Really please with the ease of set up, the thoughtful and simple UI and most importantly, the bots results. It's a Tier 2 keeper for me. Great work!

ChatNode looks to have come a long way in its short time here on Appsumo. The creators take the time to answer all questions here on Appsumo, and the platform works well as a trainable AI Assistant. I look forward to seeing the project progress and have high hopes!

My first foray into Bots, and AI for that matter, so was a little nervous on how this would work. Well what can I say, I am delighted, it is so easy to do, gives you three ways to get data into the Bot and then with a click of a button, trains itself. Wonderful. One word of caution though, it is very easy to max out of the credits available to train your Bot(s), so recommend going for the highest code level you can afford, and be selective when importing web sites ( untick the non relevant URLs before training. I wish the owners had been slightly more generous with the credits, but hey I get they have a business to run. In summary if Bots and AI is your thing I would suggest grabbing this pronto..x.

I have trained my different sites with answers for their own sites. In other words, my systems are experts. Great investment and a vital source for our day.

This software service does what it says and does it well. I have only tried one other ChatBot service and ChatNode was better. It is easy to use and set up. An agency model would make this a great go to no-code service for setting up ChatBots for clients. It is much easier than trying to create ChatBots using other tools. I hope this software service lasts. Good work Thomas and your team.

This is my first time for this type of technology, so I expected a steep learning curve and plenty of reading and video tutorials. Alas! To my surprise, and without reading any guide or tutorial, I was able to create a fully-functional AI Chatbot and embed it on my website effortlessly without issues! And in a very short amount of time! And that includes the widget customizations already! Kudos to the Chatnode team for making this super simple to use even for beginners! The output is good, but of course, it can still be improved. We added over 20 URLs as data sources. And the "learning speed" of the AI was fast during our test! For the inaccurate or incomplete answer by the AI, we simply added extra data via text and...voila! - Problem solved within seconds! The only thing missing is the CNAME feature. Once this is released, Chatnode is defintely one of the top AS deals for 2023! But please also include Messenger together with WhatsApp integration. We might upgrade our plan again once CNAME is out. :)

I am not great usually at leaving reviews and this is the first I will be giving on AppSumo (hopefully not the last). The simple reason I want to leave a review is that I tried multiple tools out there (on and off AppSumo) to create personnalised chatbots and I only got disapointed. BUT NOT THIS TIME, and I want to let you know. My usecases are : 1- Interact with my books 2- Interact with my research 3- Allow my customers to interact with an AI assistant I just want to say, ChatNode does what it says : straight - to - the - point. What I mean by that is there is no latency or wait for your chatbot to make mistakes to correct it and train it again and again, NO FUSS. You choose your knowledge base --> You click "Train" and voilà, it's ready, it's working. I trained a chatbot with 4 complete books (PDFs converted to TXT) and it takes approx. 500K tokens out of the 8M that I can have on the 5 codes plan I subscribed to (it's 8M PER chatbot) What I like : - It's fast and easy to setup - The UI is clean and the Chatbots are quite customizable. - The embedding on a website ? Very simple as the whole thing. - I also like the fact that I can use the service without OpenAI key but also get to choose if I want to add mine (if you add your OpenAI key, their system can prioritise to use your monthly messages before billing your key) As improvements I would suggest : - Top priority : Fixing the Chatbots making up stuff like URLs (on a side note this isn't a ChatNode only thing, other Chatbot services have this issue) - Bulk upload of files, instead of having to select and upload files one by one - Being able to resume back a conversation where it has been left (I didn't see the possibility to resume a conversation from the history) - Allow bot training so that it can send the answer we want to any existing specific question Also I saw some people complaining about the 80 chatbots limit in this LTD. For me it's very positive that they don't give everything away as LTD, especially agencies kind of things. As an agency you are generating enough money to pay a monthly fee on top. I wouldn't expect an unlimited everything for life software to be sustainable for years. Good job ChatNode team, you earned my 5 tacos.

Seriously, within 15 minutes, my bot was a well-trained expert on one of our shop products. Only once it made an incorrect assumption, but by adding a small text file, that problem was solved instantly. I bought two max stacked packs because we need more than 80 bots. Great job Chatnode team! I hope the focus remains on chatbots, speed, and quality.

We decided to reimburse Retune, a platform run by artists without experience or vision, and acquire Chatnode instead. The responses on Chatnode are notably more accurate, and the interface is well-designed. We are giving it a 5-star rating because it is currently the best proposal on Appsumo, even though there are still areas for improvement. We have provided feedback to the team on how to evolve, correct, and implement new features. We have 60 days to evaluate progress, but there is much potential that should not be wasted.

I tried other Chatbots: Ori*** and Chatbase. The first one with many features, but not proper answers, the second one is the one I kept, it doesn´t have as many features and is pretty limited, but with better answers. I was suprised Chatnode has even better answers and higher limits, so I full stacked. Besides, the team is very enthusiastic.

I trust this one more than another competitor, which seems to over hype and underdeliver. I’m glad I did not get the highest tier on that other one because honestly I’m a bit annoyed with the verbiage of untold riches and the usual “let’s get rich together” nonsense. Hence, I am backing this team, and I have found them to be very responsive despite the pressure of a sudden increase in customers whilst trying to improve the product. I look forward to further enhancements and hopefully they won’t do what some of their competitors have done after the deal is over.

I have tested various chatbots, and Chatnode stands out as one of the top contenders in the market. Despite being a startup and having a few issues, there are several reasons why I am convinced of its potential: Streamlined chatbot training process. Transparent administration. Ability to integrate your own Open AI. A dedicated team that continuously enhances the product. Engaging community on Discord, fostering knowledge sharing. To fully utilize Chatnode in real-world operations, it is crucial to address the following bugs: Sitemap scraping: The current scrapper lacks reliability, often including irrelevant links while missing important ones. Additionally, there is no display of scraped information or statistics on omitted URL addresses. AI hallucinations: Even with the lowest temperature setting (most focused mode), the AI generates incorrect URL addresses, leading visitors to 404 pages. This issue hinders effective communication with customers until resolved. Unavailability of CNAME usage and unlimited accounts: Despite the Chatnode team acknowledging this problem as an Appsumo issue, I urge Appsumo to expedite the availability of CNAME as soon as possible. I firmly believe that these limitations inhibiting Chatnode's production environment usability will be swiftly addressed. I trust in the capabilities of the Chatnode team and eagerly anticipate deploying this chatbot to numerous customers.

I've been looking for something that could serve as an assistant to provide support and sales through artificial intelligence for a while now, I've tested several complex systems, and none of them gave me the results in a way that was as simple and easy to use as what you did. Truly incredible, well worth the investment! 5 tacos for you, and when it is possible to use this artificial intelligence on WhatsApp you deserve 6 tacos. Here are suggestions for upcoming upgrades: 1. having the possibility of training a WhatsApp user on this chatbot (here in Brazil, practically all companies use WhatsApp for sales and support, it would be something that could really be very useful in the Brazilian market.) 2. In a not so complex way, use information from a YouTube video as a source for the database. Seriously, you are building something incredible, congratulations, I highly recommend it!

Having tested it out by replacing two of my current bots i am super impressed. I wont be creating anymore though until the popup from the bot can say "Can i help?" which I gather is coming soon. (days or weeks?) Usage of the bot has gone down 90% without this nudge to users. I find the Dashboard/Chatnode website cumbersome, i cant seem to navigate to https://roadmap.chatnode.ai/contribute/features-request/ without coming back to Appsumo for the link, i am constantly checking this page - note to self to bookmark it! I bought Tier 3 if I buy two more will it go to Tier 5? As there is no dashboard for a customer to refer to (i have added this to feature requests) is there any way to get the bot to email a conversation? I am struggling to replace some of my old bots where the user needs to be able to see a dashboard of messages. thanks

This is a really great deal and the API access and ease of use is a winning deal. I'm looking forward to seeing the product develop as time goes on that's why I wanted to be an early adopter.

I've been working my way through quite a few of the current batch of affordable GPT powered chatbots, and so far, this one has been the best. Why? - UI front end and back is good, modern and easy to use. - The amount of characters for chatbot's knowledge - Scaleability I liked Chatbase too, but not enough characters, character increase add-on appears to have stalled - in fact I'm concerned the whole product stalled. In the meantime, chatnode is doing a great job of turning my head!

I've tried others, and in the past have done my own chat bots that looked like huge flow charts with If-then-else statements everywhere. This is WAY better.

At the moment it can be used as a library for your business and products but would be helpful if you also integrate some analytics and insights in the dashboard like what did the visitors asked the most etc, also if you could make the ai ask for the visitors contact details if they want to get in touch. And also notify you when a visitor does a thing that you as an owner want to get in to the chat yourself. It will be a great tool if you implement more things as stated above. Keep up the good work! I like the software can't wait for updates!

I finally broke my two month dry spell of purchases and sprang for a Tier 3 of Chatnode.ai on AS. Sure, I have a dozen chat-bot builders already and could have built my own AI version at some point with Flowise and Pinecone and whatever but I got lazy and far more productive at the same time. I was sold once I saw an actual user's bot. https://dinopedia.ai/ Frankly, I'm impressed at the ease of use and instant results after uploading just the site info. Note that they have a token system that will quickly get wiped out if you start uploading pdfs to vector chunk. The answer to that is to simply convert them to pure text with this free tool. https://pdftotext.com/ 200k tokens becomes 200 or 2000 (not actual numbers but you get the idea) Mind you, it takes some manual effort to clean up the conversions. You can easily mod the interface and it even provides answers in the language of the question asked in whatever tone you set! I would like to see the ability to display images but so far it's great.

I have been using chatnode quite a lot these days, testing its capabilities. My main use for now is to train different academic bots that help me explore different topics and even related topics but from specific perspectives that I want to be sure are kept separated. So I have a bot with information about an inmense ammount of statistical techniques, a bot about an specific paper I wanted to understand despite not being good with mathematical notation, a different bot with the manual for some photography software, and so on. I have achieved desired results by progressively refining the system prompt I set for each chatbot. Through those prompts, I give precise instructions about when I want them to be more rigid thinking and when I want to give them more freedom to generate insights and such based on the documents I uploaded. I have also tested if they bots get to be actually restricted from the general knowledge they have been trained on and take only the uploaded documents into account. I achieved that by asking something I'm sure is not part of the documents and refining the system prompt a couple of times until it didn't resort to that ex machina knowledge. I find having a fixed ammount of tokens each month something that keeps the exercise stress-free. I know if I somehow run out of tokens, I can simply pay for more at will, but I'm quite relaxed knowing the won't be undesirable billing surprises in any case. I can see there is room for improvement, for sure. For example, right now I'm not able to resume a past chat. It is just stored in chat history (which i think should be browseable through a friendlier and more advanced mechanism), but I cannot interact with said history. Ideally, I would like to be able to pick up some chat wherever I left it. Also, I would like to have a better way to communicate fix requests, support requests and suggestions than just being able to send an email to the developers. Overall, I think it is a great product that is thinking long term and that implies to carefully build and control their costs structure. I think they will last and, therefore, my investment will have been a good one.

I'm starting a business to recruit technical talent and using the bots to interview and collect data from clients and candidates. The bots were very easy set up and very effective in my personal testing. One question is how I collect the chat data, ideally into some form of database like Notion or SQL so it's handy. In other words it's not a customer service app but more of a sophisticated form / questionnaire. And, the reason I like this is that I'm not a programmer so I'm looking for en easy way to store, manipulate, and access the data.

I've tested many chatbots here and sent them all back - only two have survived, one of which is ChatNode. Unlike others, here is a product that works from day one ... and where the team has set a goal to live to day 1000 and is therefore careful with its promises. Support is fast, the community on Discord is evolving, and the ability to get started immediately in two ways (with your own API key or a limit of messages as part of the deal) makes testing a pleasure. Existing templates for custom prompts, an increase in features here in the short time and a small, independent team that quietly answers all questions without being driven by a VC. I'm always impressed that no one is pushed to move to Tier5 - it shows that they value their customers and their situation and want to keep them for the long term.... and don't just see them as a money printing machine. I use the tool for several rather internal projects - the decision to move in this direction was made quickly, as there is no workspace management for the individual chatbots yet. Therefore, I also thought that Tier3 would be sufficient for me (in principle Tier2, but I wanted 60 days of history) ... but as it is with testing, at some point you realize that the head is too small - read: the limit 2 million tokens for the brain of the bot stood in the way. So now higher Tier and look forward to the further development path

To be honest, I wasn’t quite convinced at the beginning. I even tried another chatbot. But that’s how I realized how much better Chatnode is. So I just bought a few codes for Chatnode. The bot works better and more reliably every day. Now I’m thrilled.

Works well and seems more polished than other offerings. There's some small bugs i ran into that I'm not sure why - for ex. some specific questions will prompt a message saying you've hit your quota or something (i haven't) but asking something different will be ok. Sometimes mid-sentence it'll saying something went wrong and contact ChatNode's email. But these bugs only really seemed to happen when I used my own key for some reason. Anyways, those are minor and overall it's good but I have a few suggestions: - Ability to change the base prompt ChatNode uses, mainly because I kinda don't like how it keeps asking 'how may i assist you' after every message - just want to give it an answer avoid sounding so repetitive. If you tell it not to do that in your own prompt it'll still do it, so there's some kind of master prompt that is limiting customizing the behavior. - For the API, ability to select which data to include/exclude. Sometimes I just want to have it look at one doc/url or remove some others and ask the question again because some questions require certain context for the answer to be useful. - More info in the docs on how it searches for answers - is it based on embeddings for each paragraph and a vector search? And how best to structure the data. It seems to work best for FAQ type data where a question+answer is in a specific place. It'll be nice to know it works so we know how best to structure the data. - Ability to add an external API as a data source and any other advanced controls (chaining, preprocessing, etc) would be much appreciated and differentiate from all the other similiar services

ChatNode AI is simple to use, the UI is appealing, and I think this team is off to a great start. There are a few reasons why I chose this product over other products available on app sumo, but one main reason is, I think the creators are honing in what users are asking for and are transparent about that as a process. I joined the discord because I'm excited to see the product grow. Although it's not quite ready for a lot of the heavy lifting other chat bot apps can do, the minimum viable product is quite outstanding, and practical. I recommend the free trial, but also highly recommend stacking codes if you're the creative type. Looking forward to future developments. Thanks for creating this!

I tested 90% of the Chatbots in Appsumo, current and past. This chatbot is among the bests. First, it is stable from the start, no serious bug, so this means they can ship new features fast, not having to correct much. Second, they take into account seriousely the suggestions and adjust fast. Third, the quality of the output is among the best. What frustrates me in the deal, is the restrictions in the number of bots. This excludes agency option. I would suggest they allow the use of unlimited bots when you use your own key.

I have been testing tons of the Chatbots coming in to Appsumo lately, and I am happy to say that Chatnode is one of the most promising ones so far. It is almost as good if not better than Chatbase in terms of quality of the output and in terms of the deal limits as well. What I like the most is the support team that actually listens to the feedback and implements it at lighting speed! For example I asked them to increase the PDF size from 50mb and they made it 150mb the next day! They also added the option to add a new API key per chatbot. This level of support shows that the founders truly care about this project and they are striving to make it better and better every day. Here are the things that I would love to see implemented as well because this field is getting crowded with similar offerings and the best way to stay ahead is to adapt fast and keep your product evolving: 1- I read somewhere that the team is thinking about the white label option which is good sign, but at the very least I would love the option to have our own CNAME with every bot. This way if we share a bot or sell it, it will have our own branding in the url. 2- The ability to limit the rate of messages allowed per second of each chatbot so we don't have people abusing the messages. 3- Most of us here deal with the big social media companies, so direct integrations with Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp is a must to keep us competitive and up to date to what we can offer our clients. 4- Native Shopify integration: This is an important one because the bots can look at order numbers and help customers more. Although, I wouldn't be surprised that Shopify itself is probably baking this into their system as I am typing this. 5- Add support for Activepieces ( Another Appsumo gem and a Zapier alternative) 6- This one is a long shot, but it would be cool to be able to connect our bots to eleven labs for example so we can have 2 way conversational bots. Having tried two previous AI chatbot services, I'm extremely happy with ChatNode so far. For reasons I can't quite explain, ChatNode seems to offer responses more reliably and consistently with the data on my website and selected training sources. Other chatbot services paid too much attention to older internet data rather than my personal website data, thus offering inaccurate information. I suppose this is a common issue when you have a longstanding web presence in a particular industry. Nevertheless, I was unable to re-train/limit/remove inaccurate responses with these other two chatbot services. Not so with ChatNode. I wish I had a better understanding of why ChatNode works so well for me, but it does work well. Thus the reason I ended up purchasing five codes and offering five tacos in this review. It was exactly what I needed. Fighting with vectoes and embeddings was always a tough learning curve, not to mention how to tie it to a chat bot. ChatNodeAI pulls this off with style! This will be a tool that becomes part of our services to all our clients! Love it!

First off, the developers are incredibly friendly, responsive, and happy to take feedback and feature requests. They clearly show a lot of excitement, positivity, and initiative in their product. I know we've all experienced other products before with lackluster support or functionality, amongst other issues...but I will say that ChatNode.Ai is amazing. I've interacted with these folks on their Discord channel and via email, and even here on AppSumo in the Q&A area, and they're responsive in all areas and provide helpful info and insight. As far as functionality goes, I'm impressed with how easily they made the chatbot to train and configure and configure/embed on your website. The price is great too. I have yet to see another chatbot service offer a decent number of chatbot responses included in their plan, month over month, AND even lets you "spill-over" into your own OpenAI API key when you run out of monthly chat responses, and to do this all automatically (if you choose to do so), AND no branding! I've made some feature requests to the devs such as rate-limiting, and they're very receptive to that and are adding it to their roadmap from what I've been told. It would be nice to also see options for their embedding script to be able to position their chatbot "icon/button" into other corners/positions of your website in the future as well, but that's a low-level priority for me. I'd also love to have the option of making a CNAME DNS record and using my own domain name in the chatbot URL, or at least have a more generic domain name utilized in the embedding URL, again though, lower priority. Aside from the ease of training and customizing the chat bot, the load-time and responsiveness of the embedded chatbot on your webpage also works incredibly well. I love being able to look at the chat history since it gives great insight into what my users are looking for and need, and also insight into whether or not I need to further train my chatbot to improve its answers in the future. The chatbot also does a good job at remaining "in character" and can also remain 'strict' with regards to responding to only things about your business or website, and if you let it via setting up proper prompts, the chatbot will do a great job of answering questions about anything and everything pretty well like you would expect typical chatgpt to do.
