Wall of love for Ask Agile

I'm an enterprise architect working for a newly established global construction business with multi-billion dollar investment, using only Cloud Native / SaaS solutions for every department / staff. While this represents the new way of running a global business post-pandemic, it does create a lot of challenges throughout the journey, with a small Tech team. Since James joined, within weeks all teams he supports witnessed material improvements benefiting from more visibility, clarity, structured yet agile processes. He guided all the teams with a very natural progression to more maturity levels month by month, leveraging all the best practices of Scrum and tools like Jira / Smartsheet etc can offer. Note the teams he coached, have very different focuses, from networking / infrastructure, InfoSec, operations, integration to architecture and software development and a lot of crossovers. We really enjoyed working with him and couldn't strongly recommend him enough :) Data Driven, Professional, Passionate!
