⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Margo and the care and compassion she showed while transporting our new puppy from Tennessee to Florida. What was supposed to simply be a puppy delivery turned into a very scary situation, and we will forever be grateful that Margo was the person caring for our puppy when it happened. Our puppy was only six weeks old, and throughout the entire drive Margo was incredibly attentive and observant. She kept me updated with pictures and videos and made sure I knew how he was doing along the way. During the trip, she noticed that his gums had become very pale and that he was vomiting and having diarrhea. She immediately recognized that something wasn’t right and contacted me right away. She sent me videos, called me personally, and changed her plans to make us her second stop instead of her third so she could get our puppy to us as quickly and safely as possible. What touched us even more was the amount of compassion she showed him during the drive. Margo had someone traveling with her who held our puppy for hours so that this tiny, sick baby didn’t have to be scared and alone in a kennel. She treated him like he was her own. Margo went above and beyond anything we ever could have expected from someone transporting our puppy. She even met us directly at the emergency animal hospital so that we could get him the care he needed immediately. I also want to make it very clear that the condition our puppy was in was in NO WAY a reflection of Margo or the care he received during transportation. Unfortunately, he came to her in a condition that ultimately required emergency veterinary care, and our concerns are with the care he received prior to being placed in Margo’s hands. If anything, we feel incredibly fortunate that Margo was paying such close attention to him and took his symptoms seriously. Our little guy is now home with us and healthy, and we are so incredibly thankful. ❤️ Margo, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your kindness, your communication, your compassion, and most importantly, for putting our puppy’s health and safety ahead of your schedule. You didn’t just deliver our puppy—you cared for him and advocated for him when he needed someone most. We will never forget what you did for him and for us. We would trust and recommend Margo without hesitation. She is truly an amazing person, and we will forever be grateful to her. ❤️🐾

Avid Pets Express has reasonable prices and make their clients feel comfortable with updates and check ins. I am a breeder and will be using their services for any transport of my puppies.

Great communication, great price, super nice lady and had no issues transporting a 100lbs dog. My new dog approves of her, too! I will definitely use her services again the future!

Excellent service . Char did great job transporting heaven and communication flexibility was wonderful. You could tell she really loves the animals and they bonded with her too.
