Varsha is very non-judgemental and creates a safe space to talk. She is good at understanding you and your issues and able to look into what your values and personality is like. Session with her gave me a lot of clarity on what is important to me in life. Best thing about it - she makes it fun. Moving around, having fun but also talking about your deepest desires and fears. We had only an hour but she made sure to make it as productive as possible. It was great - would totally recommend.
