Brooke was such a huge help planning our work event. We came to her with a tight timeline and budget and she was able to produce an amazing night for our group that met our needs! Everyone had a great time and we will definitely be using her services again in the future.

After two years of planning our local corporate outings, we worked with People's Club for a hybrid event. The team was able to put together a dinner that was interactive - we learned how to cook pizza, the history of the owner's business, and we sampled wines from a local shop. The best part was that People's Club took the burden of planning off of me and all we had to do was show up! We'll definitely use them again.

Events with People’s Club are a great way to explore the city and meet new people! From cooking classes to whiskey tastings, we’ve made and tried many different things and learned the histories behind brands and restaurants from very knowledgeable people. Brooke and her team create events fun that are, engaging, and social, so making friends is easy over the cocktail you just learned to make! I highly recommend giving People’s Club a try!

Brooke and her team do a FANTASTIC job of setting up amazing and memorable events. Super thoughtful and engaging events with amazing people! I was luckly enough to do a Thanksgiving pie baking event and it was a blast. If you are new to Chicago or just want to meet fun like-minded people doing fun things, I would highly recommend People's Club!

People's Club is a great way to meet new people and check out places you haven't been before. Brooke and her team plan fun events and make sure everybody feels welcome.

I love People's Club. I tried Bumble BFF when I moved to Chicago in 2021 and in the past and it was fine. People can be flaky. However, People's Club is much better! I joined shortly after moving, looking to find some community. The people who attend PC are just wonderful. We're all interested in exploring Chicago and sharing experiences. I've made really good friends here and regularly see them outside of the events. And people are very open to networking as well, which was not my original intention, but everyone is so kind and philanthropic! Brooke also is skilled at planning a lot of unique events (cooking, park clean ups, wine tastings, a Diwali tasting menu for a chef who just received a James Beard nod!) in unique places. Highly recommend!

I joined People's Club because I needed to get out and socialize with people that aren't in my normal circles. I want to expand my social horizons, and they have events that interest me.

People's Club has been a great way to shake up my workweek. As a remote worker, the weekly events are a motivator to get out of my apartment for a change in scenery and have more social connection that isn't through a screen!

I moved to Chicago right before the pandemic & joined People's Club as a way to meet new friends & explore the city. Brooke & her team do an amazing job curating a myriad of events in all different neighborhoods, & they always draw in a great group of interesting people. I cannot speak highly enough about what an excellent organization this is, & how much fun I have had a a member so far!

I joined People's Club two years ago as a way to make new friends after moving to Chicago. It has been a BLAST! I've meet so many new and interesting people in my area, tried tons of new restaurants and bars, and learned A TON at all the different tastings. Even if I just go to one event per month I feel like I get more than my money's worth with all the awesome perks membership gets you. Plus, everyone is so welcoming and kind!

I had such a good time with The People's Club Chicago. It was my first event and I was invited to try it out. We had a sake tasting and did origami. I got to meet so many new folks in Chicago that I would not have met under other circumstances. I highly recommend it for folks who are looking for fun activities every week and a chance to meet new people!

The People's Club is such a fun group to be a part of! Three or four times a month there are various activities that are planned in the city of Chicago. Because of this social group I have gone to so many different places around Chicago that I would have never know existed (restaurants, breweries, entertainment venues, etc.) and have tried different food and drinks that I would have never thought to order. I have meet so many cool and interesting people through this social club, some of whom have become my friends outside of The People's Club. If you are wondering if you should join The People's Club, the answer is yes!

Always a great time and new experience. Being new to Chicago, I've been able to meet and get to know new people, while exploring the local things this city has to offer.

Making new friends as an adult can be hard, but People's Club solves that challenge. I had SO much fun at my first People's Club event! I got to meet tons of cool people in Chicago while learning about + tasting new wines and making pizza from scratch. Some of the regulars were telling me they've gone to People's Club events for whiskey/beer/sake tastings at plenty of hidden gem restaurants around the city. Nothing really brings people together like food and drinks. Would highly recommend People's Club as a way to make genuine connections with kind and interesting people in Chicago.

PPLC is amazing!!! I've been a member since last year, and I feel so much more connected to Chicago & the community around me 👍🎉🎉 very highly recommend!!

I attended a sake tasting with People's Club, which included an in depth understanding of the origin of each sake as well as fun, interactive origami making. The experience was a blast. I was able to meet new people outside of my typical social circles, which is hard to do since the pandemic. Brooke, the founder of People's Club, was beyond helpful and charismatic in introducing people and creating topics of conversations. 10/10 would recommend.

This has been such an amazing way to connect with old friends, meet new ones and explore new places around the city I wouldn't necessarily have found on my own. Definitely recommend for anyone trying to explore the city (whether they're new to it or old!) and meet fun, down-to-earth people!

I have been participating in People's Club events for almost a year and they are something I continue to look forward to almost weekly! It's been an amazing way to make new friends, see new places around the city, and maybe most importantly, improve my whisky collection. I'd highly recommend checking out an event!

My girlfriend and I have been virtual members of the People's Club for a while and recently went to our first in-person event. This community is welcoming, fun, and inclusive in every way. Everyone we've met has been super nice and interesting to get to know. And Brooke does an incredible job facilitating programming. Interactions are not awkward, activities are lots of fun, and it's been a great way to meet people since we are new to Chicago.

Super fun classes, lots of options to fit a variety of interests and a great group of people to hang out with during the week.

Through The People’s Club, I’ve been introduced to so many interesting local Chicagoans and completely unique experiences that I never would have sought out without PPLC! The spectrum of events, combined with the relaxed and engaging environment, creates an atmosphere of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s been a great way to meet and engage with others when we’ve been stuck inside, and I can’t wait until we can get the PPLC community together in person!

PPLC has exposed me to all sorts of classes and skills that I wouldn’t have access to otherwise. It’s perfect as a date night or couples package but also equally fantastic solo— that’s the best part of PPLC— you get to know everybody else who tunes into activities week after week. We’ve done everything from local politics engagement, to helping our community, to discovering new business, to arts, to education, to cocktails, cooking, and most importantly getting outside our comfort zone with like minded, activity driven people in Chicago. The price is far less than a normal date night and far more of a good time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

It was a fun time! A great way to try new things in the comfort of your home. The food and drink supplied by the vendors was amazing! Well organized and well worth the money :)

I attended a tasting with The People's Club at the Dawson. Everyone I met was wonderful and easy to get along with. There was a mix of couples, singles and friends all together for a super fun event! Brooke is wonderful and makes everyone feel welcome while also making the events a blast. I highly recommend trying an event!

I attended a party hosted by PlayPen Vodka with The People's Club at The Delta in Wicker Park, and it was an absolute blast! It was so much fun getting to meet everyone from all over the city, the drinks were great, and Brooke from The People’s Club was so genuinely friendly and inviting.If you’re looking to meet new people and/or just have a fun time in Chicago, I’d highly recommend checking out The People’s Club!

The People's Club is a very welcoming, fun and engaging community to be a part of! The owner, Brooke, does an incredible job of planning events that spread across multiple avenues - leaving events for everyone to enjoy. My favorite events so far have been the cocktail classes, cooking/baking classes, and various art events. During a year with so much uncertainty and canceled plans, The People's Club events have brought light and fun back to my weeks and have been a very wonderful escape. I can't wait until we can transition to in person events and get to know this community even better!

I participated in a cocktail making class with The People’s Club through another program I was a part of and had a great experience. The owner, Brooke, and all the members were very welcoming. The two resident bartenders were so knowledgeable, friendly, and really great at teaching us everything about the cocktails and their origins. After this class I signed up for the continuous monthly plan. At first I was unsure if it would be worth it, I can sometimes be an introvert, but soon realized it definitely was. The cocktail classes are definitely my favorite! You get a whole kit with everything you need so you don’t need to purchase full bottles of anything. I have also done a few cooking and art classes, too, which were really fun and relaxing! There are all types of classes available, and I really like that I have a choice in what I can participate in. I love that I can always learn something new and have fun while doing it. Everyone I’ve met through The People’s Club is so fun and kind, I looked forward to their virtual events, especially during covid quarantine. I’ve lived in Chicago my whole life, and as an adult it’s really hard to meet new people AND make genuine connections. Brooke seems to have a gift for making that happen!

I would rate this Chicago-based (currently virtual) social club 10 out of 5 stars if Google would let me! I have been a member since November, and taught a class twice, too :) Don't walk...run to sign up for The People's Club, created by an incredibly organized, fun, thoughtful host, Brooke! I truly don't know how I would have survived this "quarantine life" in the Windy City without this community and these events to look forward to. From dumpling making with a Chicago restaurant chef to DanceHall to art class and casual BYOB happy hours, to self-care sessions, supporting non-profits, Diwali dinner / culture chat, and more...this big city is feeling a lot smaller, even as someone who grew up here. If you're ready to make new friends, discover new passions, and learn something new at least once a week, this unique club is for you, too!

attended a party with The People's Club and let me tell you, it was worth every bit the experience. It was such a great welcoming environment from the get-go. The people, the ambience, everything is worth the experience. It was so well coordinated and just executed in a fun and entertaining way. Would recommend the experience to anyone looking to really connect with people, check out places in the city, and enjoy a good time!

I've had a great time doing various online liquor tastings with people's club. Everyone is lovely, and people's club always finds great brands to sample with interesting representatives.

I attended a whiskey tasting last night with The People's Club, for sagamore whiskey at Spin. it was a great function, we were able to play ping-pong while we waited for everyone to show up. it was a great time to meet new people, and to taste great whiskey.will recommend to others. cant wait for the next event.
