Patricia is an amazing recruiter. She laid out a few different options for me, going through them to see which one I liked the most.

I'm impressed with the way of Capcon doing recruitment, it is so different with other recruiters. A big thanks to Patricia. She is helpful and professional in helping me to find my desire job by understanding my preference, priority and personality.

After my previous company close down. I was approach by Rachel from Capcon. Was given a few options of great companies matching the job scope and my skill sets. Well so far sounds like a regular recruitment company.

Based off of my experiences, Capcon stands out as one of the best recruiters in the business. 

Rather than matching one to a list of loosely-matched job openings, they take the time to get to know my needs and aspirations, hence I am only exposed to openings that I am specifically tailored for. 

Michael was instrumental in landing me my preferred role at my current company as a senior engineer. Communication was great throughout the entire process; I did not have to worry about the communique between me and the hiring company. I have no reservations on reaching out to Capcon again for my career needs.

Well, Capcon is way too different comparing to other recruitment agencies. Biggest difference is the slides/pdf before the interview, it really helped me to pass the first interview.
