We woke up to find our laptops covered in water after unexpected leaking from our apartment ceiling (nightmare!) and I feel so lucky that Zach picked up my call. Very few other services will work with extensive water damage, but he does. He gave me good advice over the phone and also took care of our laptops through the weekend. He did everything he possibly could towards data recovery and to get them running, and was in communication with us the whole time. Thankful for all his knowledge, help and advice! I hope this never happens again, but if it does, I would definitely call Eyemax (and recommend Zach and Eyemax to anyone dealing with technological nightmares).

Zach was super responsive and helpful in handling a crisis situation with my and my wife's laptops. He was able to work with us immediately and provided incredible service. Definitely will use for future need and would recommend to anyone with computer issues.

I called to get our new printer to work with our cell phones. Same day Zach came and got us connected. When talking about the laptop we never use because we hated the Windows 8 he gave us a reasonable price to update and to add office. He had it ready the following day. Now he made sure it also connected to the printer. We couldn't be more pleased with the fast, professional service. Zach is our go to guy now.

Absolutely recommend computer repairs here if you need a quick fix. I called right after my parrot decided to try and eat my MacBook Pro screen. Black screen of death, endless problems with WiFi connection to printer, and a few other issues. I called Eyemax, went over with laptop, and everything fixed same day!!! Super fast and kind- we called on a saturday morning and dropped my laptop, and it was finished in about 4 hours. They were very helpful in explaining our options with transparent costs, and my laptop is much faster now than before it ever broke thanks to their advice.

i called Eyemax because my computer had been hacked and you can call them at anytime. They fixed fixed my computer within a couple of hours or so and helped me reestablish many items on my PC. the price I thought was reasonable. I definitely will use them again if I have a PC problem.

Zack quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problems with my PC. I had my computer back in 24 hours and it operates like it's brand new !

I called, not knowing who to call to fix my very slow computer. He basically diagnosed it over the phone, came to the house to verify, took the computer and returned it the next day all fixed. He was kind, courteous and very reasonably priced. I am so glad I called him. We just ordered a new printer as well, and he said when it arrives, he will come back and install it for us! Great job

Had an overheating cpu, they were quick to find out the problem and replaced cpu cooler and added 3 new fans I was able to pick it up the next day.

Will never come here. They do not let you get in, they talk on the ring by camera. I think you guys are not intelligence service agents, so talk to people face to face. Answer to reply: Yes, i have all one star reviews because i just review about the companies which deserve one star. Whatever your reason is not acceptable. You are not the only one who is busy, It is just a respect matter to customers.

Zach did a fantastic job fixing my printer issues. Then he went above and beyond and installed my scanner and printing capabilities on my phone. He arrived promptly and was professional and polite. Zach is a terrific trouble shooter.
