Initially the move to Console was a little daunting being a new type of software, but with help and guidance of the very helpful staff did help. It was just a matter of getting used to the different in Eastern State times and Perth times and then subsequently it was fine.

We have been using Console Cloud after moving from Gateway, since early 2020 and have been loving the upgraded system. I am head of accounts in our office and Mid and End of Month disbursements are so quick and easy, as is completing End of Financial Year. There are great reports to show how employees and the office is performing. Overall it is great system that has simplified many of our day to day tasks.

I love that the interface is so user friendly and that all communications generated through the system are saved automatically. I especially like the ease of viewing everything in the Dashboard as a snapshot upon start-up and how great it has been to get tenants to set up their portals and communicate with us instead of phoning through requests/maintenance, it really frees up more time for me once they realise how easy it is to use.

The flexibility it provides as been cloud based and that any suggestions provided to Console Cloud are actually listen to and taken on board. The usability of the set up means information from the Property/Owner/Tenant screens is easily found. The Workflows help ensure all items are back and everything is done within the required times

There are so many things I love about console cloud. First and foremost, I love having access where ever I am. The team are responsive and very knowledgeable. We have the option of suggesting process improvements and they do get implemented improving the system continuously. Some of its amazing features are the rent review and lease renewal process. I also took advantage of integrating forms live into this process to make it even more user friendly and avoid manual processes. I love the automatic rent arrears notices. The task function is a simple but useful tool to allocate and diarise the follow up of inquires. This is a point of difference for property managers. I love the maintenance work flow which is also integrated with Maintenance Manager. Again set and forget. I cant rave enough about the EOM process. I love that this program keeps evolving to ensure we remain competitive in todays market.

It allows me to be able to keep track of all of the essential aspects of being a property manager, including being able to save compliancy information, and also it sends reminders for when something is due for renewal, it is easy to use. It often is updated with new great features that are never too hard to learn how to use. If it is challenging, the team from Console are right there to guide you through with the support chat and the training videos.
