I am an Arizona licensed CPA and am required each CPA license renewal cycle to take 4 hours of ethics of which some of it has to be specific to Arizona. Over the years I have taken many ethics courses to meet this requirement and Lance's course in Ethics is thus far my favorite. His presentation is engaging and I enjoyed it very much. If you need an ethics course I recommend you take Lance's.

COUNT's course was a great way to make the Arizona Ethics CPE requirements interesting rather than taking a dry read of the regulations like other CPE courses usually do.
