The experience was everything we could have asked for. Friendly, professional, communicative, proactive, and most importantly RELIABLE. We shipped frozen eggs across two countries, and based on the fact that we successfully made viable embryos from these eggs, I'd say they were well cared for during the journey! We are Australian clients who used CryoLogistics to ship IVF samples from the USA to Mexico City. The service was excellent: impeccably clear, timely and personalised communication before, during and upon completion of the transport. They were clearly experienced with the countries involved, with zero bureaucratic or permit issues arising. Photos included in updates at every stage of the transport were a nice touch, providing a reassuring sense of personal attention and care in an otherwise anxious (for the client) and distant process. Every communication from CryoLogistics provided reassuring confidence that we were in the right hands, and we were not disappointed. We would definitely use their services again.

Here is our story. We were looking for a transportation company to transport our embryos from the US to Mexico City. The first company we contacted told us that at the moment it could not be done due to some issues with the Mexican government not issuing the permits that were needed. The second company we contacted told us the same thing, then a third we contacted, same issue. We were disheartened because we really wanted to work with an agency we found in Mexico city. We called our agency in Mexico and told them what we found out. They gave us a referral for another shipping company, let's call them "XYZ shipping" for the purpose of my review. Being the diligent person that I am, I set off to do my research on this shipping company that was referred to us. I couldn't find anything online about "XYZ shipping" which was disappointing. We were about to give up our hopes with working with the agency in Mexico. We even started to search for another agency/clinic to work with in the US. One day I tried to do another online search about "XYZ shipping" and happened to find this ONE online review on reddit. The commenter on reddit used "XYZ shipping" and were not satisfied with their service and had to reship another batch of embryos. The review went on to say that the company they ended up using on the second try was amazing and how easy it was to work with them. It was a glowing review about how the owner and his team were great in communicating with them from start to the completion of their delivery from Oregon to Mexico. The company this reviewer was raving about was Cryologistics! I asked our clinic/agency in Mexico City if they have heard of Cryologistics and they said "Oh Charlie? Yes! They are great! We have used them many times!" To me it was a sign and we were off to the races. From the time we contacted Charlie and his team to the time they were safely delivered to our agency/clinic in Mexico City took a little over 6 weeks. We went from looking for another agency due to Mexican permit restrictions, to Cryologistics making it happen so we can work with the agency we really wanted to. Charlie and his team really made the whole process so easy for us, I mean really really easy AND made us feel at ease. From the initial zoom meeting where he answered all of our questions, to the emails/phone calls with the team leading up to the pickup of our embryos, to the email where our delivery was delayed by 1 day (due to the hurricane!) and they reassured us everything was fine, to the drop off at the clinic in Mexico City where they showed us pictures of the entire journey! After all of that, like that reviewer I found a few months ago who used Cryologistics for their precious cargo, I also HIGHLY recommend Cryologistics for shipping any precious cargo all over this world. They made our dream possible of working with the agency/clinic we wanted to and we are forever grateful! Thank you Cryologistics!

Our experience with CRYOLOGISTICS was very special, plenty of support, perseverance, team work hope and Faith. It was the first time that they transport embryos to Venezuela, and at the same time, the first time that Venezuela receives the blessing of life through this way. It was almost 10 months of preparation, ups and downs but we never gave up. As timelines changed and paperwork issues came up, I was grateful I didn’t have to try and be in charge of all of those elements from a remote location.
