I believe people who struggle to improve in any games lack one thing, The mindset! As rank 200 NA dota 2 player who played cs for 5 months and got stock in 4k, i climbed from 4k premier to peak 15360 in less than two months using this masterclass, and daily practice. Cause i always believe that no matter what your skill group is, with a good coach daily training, Consistency and analyzing your games, you can gain ranks 20 times faster than other players. Thank you for this great masterclass

Wojtek gave me reality check when I thought global in CS:GO meant something. He gave me proper framework at the beginning of our journey that helped me understand how to create routine, see my mistakes and create routines depending on what I'm doing incorrectly. He was my first breakthrough when it comes to finding like-minded people. I always thought I'm the only one who was seeking improvement and consistency but then he created Improvement Camp so I knew I'm not alone. If anyone is wondering if price is worth it, you can save hundred of hours of research and next hundred of hours in making mistakes or just pay few bucks and accelerate progress.

Worth every penny. I joined this camp as a 3k elo premier noob to counterstrike, and after about 4 months im leaving a 15k elo premier noob. XD In all seriousness if you follow just even the mechanics practice in this camp you are going to get significantly better and if you want there are tons of vids on how to play each position on each map.

I would definitely recommend this course to anyone who wants to improve at CS. Honestly, I'd even say it should be mandatory for everyone before they open the Faceit queue hahaha it should be like a driving test but for cs2 :D course is very detailed, step-by-step stuff i would say even if you are already lvl 10 in faceit it would help because it would help to find out your own bad habits, what you didn't even know existed

Hello I started playing after a long break and decided to join this camp. Every advice is explained in detail and is really helpful if you put in the time and work. I went from approx 15k in premier to 19,5k in under a month. I recently stopped playing but if I ever decide to start again I will definitely join this camp as it boosts your progress by a huge margin.

Easily the best video game coaching content available. Period. Not only focus on in game concepts and mechanics, but also the mental side of things. The community is awesome and always ready to answer questions. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to climb elo in CS2.

Coach is genuinely invested. He provides brutal feedback, but if you are looking for a mentor who focuses on correcting and developing you, he is the right choice. You might not get an immediate response due to his busy schedule, but he always gets back to you with constructive improvements. He shows you the door; whether you walk through it or not is entirely up to you. If I need assistance again in the future, he will definitely be my first choice.

The course has alot of practical advice for building the basics and helped me understand my mistakes, the community has been great for that too, 100% worth the investment if you can afford and are serious about improvement

I highly recommend joining this camp. It just took 1 month to significantly improve my mechanics, have much more consistency and get +200 elo on FaceIt. The classrooms and excercises are great, community is very helpful, but the best is personal approach and commitment of the main coach - Wojtek Pieńskowski. He individually reviews games of all his students and always provides very helpful insights that help to develop your game.

The course was a major eye opener to the little things I wasn’t doing mechanically, and gave ways to improve them tremendously. The playbook gives you a baseline on how to play every spot including util. This is a great course and highly recommend.

Really helps you understand what to focus on in game. Great community. Probably best value for money service out there when it comes to cs2.

Hi guys, Amazing course, streamlined, straight to the point and easy to follow. Helped me to reach lvl 7 from lvl 3 faceit in one month. Looking to reach Lvl 10 now. Couldn’t recommend more for players who are serious about improving on CS.

Enjoying it so far and learning a lot. So far, while I was at level 5 briefly before signing up and dropped to level 3 at sign up. I’m back at level 5 and feeling the most confident in my play. Specifically , mid map control on ancient and mid map control on mirage has been impactful. Leetify has noted my position and overall aim has jumped.

I found the improvement camp to be excellent, especially since it's very easy to follow the lessons. Most videos are short and on-point, and it opens your eyes on a lot of stuff. I cannot recommend it enough, it definitely helped me improve my game, and the price is quite good as well. So, for everyone that wants to get better at the game, this is a no brainer.

One of the best, if not THE best value for money service across the entirety of the CS2 community. The group is filled with up to date information and active members that are all openly and readily available to chat all things Counter Strike. If you are willing to put in the effort, this is a must in your CS2 journey. Pienix is extremely active and all members are easily accessible and visible.

As an FPS enjoyer that never learned to play cs correctly, I had good aim, but no game sense and had no idea what to do during the rounds. Thanks to the improvement camp, I learned how to play the maps and their positions effectively. After learning the positions and the routines, I went on faceit and managed to win games on maps that I wasn't confident playing a few months ago. From lvl 7, I'm now sitting at lvl 9 in just 20 games. I 100% recommend the improvement camp if you want to improve effectively on cs !

In the very short time the progress I have seen in this camp has been immense, in my last 90 games I’ve gone from 1200 elo to 2000 elo which I couldn’t have done without the strategy and routine put in place through this camp. the classroom section looks daunting but it’s worth every penny along with the strat book, getting that sort of insight on demand is a very underrated feature of the entire camp, the community and fellow students are also a massive mental help given we’re all on the same path just different points of progression. Use the mechanics section to build your routine, use the start book to learn your positions or different plays if on T side and get stuck into the camp as a whole It’s the best way to improve, fully worth both your time and money.

In March 2023, I was at level 7-8. A few days later, I watched XboxLasagne's YouTube video where Pienix coached him on mechanics, and that’s where my journey started. :) I shared this video with all my friends, but I think nobody was interested so I sticked to it alone. After three months, I reached level 10, and now I'm a 2.5K Elo player. When I joined Improvement Camp in June 2025, during the last Soldier Mode Challenge, I achieved the highest Elo of my life - 2827. I just want to say thank you for your time, coaching, and routines. This community is a great place to grow and have fun. GL & HF!

If you're looking to improve your skills in CS, there truly is no better coach than Pienix. I reached 2.5k Elo on Faceit in just 253 matches, and I'm determined to keep climbing. I now have the confidence, knowledge, and tools I need to advance with ease.

I returned back to cs2 after long time, last time I played in cs go like 10 years ago, but I was lost due to lack of fundamentals, mentality, and what to do to be consistent. I decided to try improvement camp after I saw many videos on YouTube. Before reaching camp I was playing randomly (around 1700 elo), didn’t saw the course of improving, was mad at random teammates etc. after I joined the camp , checked many videos , found great people here, also tried challenge of improving myself, in a month (or little more) I reached level 10, so now I am fighting on 2k elo , it is new stage for improve and I didn’t use and didn’t practice yet like 80 % of stratbook (great video material for playing each position on map etc). If you love cs, you want to improve , you definitely need to try, the value you get for that price it is incomparable. Also we have many group sessions of demo review , different level of game , below 10 level and above.

I joined the camp and within a week I jumped from 15/16k premiere to 18k premiere. The stratbook helped me improve my CT side and I believe it played a large role in my improvement this week. The community is great and there's so many good resources to learn from.

When CS2 had just released I was around silver 2 with no mechanics and no Game sense, Pienix really helped me with a bunch of really just everything. Even after the sessions I've learned how to learn from other things effectively without needing expensive sessions

I went down to level 6 from level 7, then I bought a sub and started to learn new things, I had many demo reviews and I started to understand what I do wrong. In 2 months I got from 1600 elo to 2100+, I got level 10 on faceit in less than 300 games in total, big W. I am not an amazing player, I am still learning new thing everyday. Check my profile for stats and progress: https://www.faceit.com/en/players/dey

If you are below Faceit level 10 YOU NEED THIS COURSE. When I joined this course about 2 months ago I was Faceit lvl 2 606 elo and 10k premier. Now I am lvl 7 1394 elo and 15k premier and only going up. You can see my progress in my screenshots. The level of knowledge and coaching from pienix, xavi and vhiv cannot be found anywhere else. You will learn how to be more confident in strat calling, gunfights and throwing util that will allow you to dominate your competition. With this course, you not only get amazing coaching, but a great, global community where you can ask questions and all members will do their best to help you out. If you are serious about your CS development then this one of the best investments you can make.

I wanted to thank you, because I feel a really big improvement after just a few days of the course. Admittedly it hasn't translated into ELO for now, because I get really weak teammates, but I know that it's a matter of time to climb up. Above all, my confidence has grown, I'm not afraid to play on terro aggressive cs like before, and on ct I don't stand passively in a corner, but try to be constantly on the move. 3 out of 4 matches I am the highest in the table despite the fact that I play regularly with a friend who is level 8 and matches us mostly such lvls against. The training routine you recommended developed me a lot, I think the key was tracking and keeping the mouse in the middle of mousepad, but also that I played some dms on cybershoke and saw that even at lvl 10 it is possible with good peeking to win duels.

I just want to say – I’m beyond satisfied. When I first joined the bootcamp, like many others, I was skeptical. I couldn’t imagine how a format with so many people involved could have any real impact on my individual skill in Counter-Strike. But I was wrong. This bootcamp exceeded all expectations. The theory part? It’s incredibly well-structured — a truly comprehensive and focused collection of knowledge. But honestly, what really stands out isn’t the theory (even though it's excellent) — it’s Pienix himself. His responsiveness and presence are on a different level. I still don’t understand how he manages to maintain such a personal approach with so many people. It’s something I rarely even see in my professional field — not even from managers with 20 people under them. And yet, Pienix somehow remembers you, answers your questions directly, and makes you feel seen. That’s rare. The demo reviews and feedback are mind-blowing. No matter your skill level — even if you’re just starting or already Faceit Level 10 — you get real, personal insights. I’ve watched him treat every player with the same level of care and attention, and that alone creates massive value. Another thing I love is the mental side of this bootcamp. There’s zero toxicity. The community that’s formed around Pienix is one of the healthiest I’ve seen. It’s not about chasing millions of views — it’s about quality. That quality reflects in the bootcamp, in the Discord, and in how players help each other. I’ve found teammates, even friends here. It’s more than a bootcamp — it’s a kind of brotherhood. I’ve grown. Not just in ELO (though that’s nice too), but in understanding. My view of CS has changed completely. I no longer just run in and shoot — I understand why I’m doing what I do, what I’m doing wrong, and what to fix. And that’s something you don’t get from YouTube or Reddit guides. You might find the information out there — but you won’t find this level of focus, atmosphere, and genuine support. Huge respect to Pienix. This bootcamp changed how I see the game.

Pienix reviewed my demo and instantly recognized that my movement was off and I was not peeking correctly, after the session I was able to fix it and the next couple matches I started doing exceptionally and even dominated some games. Improvement camp also explains all the important mechanics and even shows how to play each position in a map as a CT and what strats are available to you as a T, can not recommend it enough.

Joined Improvement Camp to seriously improve at CS2, and the results speak for themselves. I went from FACEIT Level 3 to Level 10 in just 2 months and I’m only 14 years old. The coaches helped me focus on the right things, and with their guidance my aim and game sense improved a lot. If you’re really willing to put in the work and improve seriously, this is the place to go.

Thanks Pienix for the expierience. The IC helped by a lot in understanding the game better, chosing better positions and plays. I was lucky enought to play not one not two but 21 games with Pienix on faceit and it helped my gain confidence and not be scared to take duels anymore. I went from stats like this: (mirage game) To Stats like this: (nuke game) While being a lvl playing against lvl 10s (+30 adr and much more impact diffrence)

Pienix is a coach that understand the players and tells him what their current flaws are and helps them imrpove upon those. Beside that his CS2 Improvement Camp is quite good to learn the mechanics. It has helped me tremendously in learning how to peek correctly. I can highly recommend his Imrovement Camp!

It has helped me tremendously in learning how to peek correctly. I can highly recommend his Imrovement Camp!

Easiest games of my life after being in the group for a few weeks. Easy to follow classroom/lesson structure. So many people in the community wanting to help each other improve constantly. Never seen a CS community want to help each other as much as this one. Pienix is always there to comment on people's achievements, ready to message if you're struggling with something in the course, and just an easygoing, down to earth guy. I didn't expect him to be SO active in the community. Really love his approach. Demo reviews happen 2-3 times a week over discord for anyone in the community to submit their demos also. I could be putting more effort than I have been, but even without full grinding, big elo jumps from game 33 when I started the course until now (see screenshot). Easy to understand, down to earth. Easily worth the money and time.

Stop thinking about joining and join. Seriously. Whether you are seasoned faceit lvl 10, or still just learning the maps, the path to faster progress leads through IC. You will quickly begin identifying your bad habits and start creating better ones. With daily demo reviews, the classroom courses, community challenges, and tips/ feedback from other members on their own journeys, the only limit to your potential is how much you choose to engage. Whether your goal is to build a team and go pro, or just keep up with friends when you occasionally play, there is a place here for you. The path to improvement has never been so clearly defined and explained, and paired with a support system that makes it accessible to all skill levels. GG

When I first joined the CS2 Improvement Camp, I was hardstuck around level 6-7. But in just a few months, I gained over 1,200 ELO and climbed all the way to nearly 2,500 on FACEIT. The camp made a huge difference in my overall gameplay. I met a lot of like-minded people who were just as motivated to improve, and the structured courses in the classroom were a massive help in taking my skills to the next level. I highly recommend giving it a shot—at the very least, try it out!

Almost level 10 thanks to Pienix, 1 week trial in the course and I see a massive difference in the way I play, utilizing utility better and getting cheeky kills using the stratbook guide, great work building this up man, seriously. up 500 elo in about 2 weeks :D

Pienix is one of the greatest coaches i've ever met. He has a direct approach, does not beat around the bush, which is a method i personally very enjoy. I had my first coaching session with him in September 2024, and when i first started out i did not play faceit, and started out as level 4. I played CSGO for a good amount of years, but had a long break and started playing again around January 2024, and getting into it my aim and gamesense felt pretty strong, but slowly went downhill and i felt major inconsistency issues. With his help, he helped me extract my potential which gave me an extremely major lift in my mechanics. Within December 2024 and 58 matches i was level 9, within Februrary 2025 and about 130 matches i hit level 10. I am currently 2200 elo and i can confidently say that without Pienix's great coaching and help, i would never have been able to progress as fast as i have today. Not only has he helped me mechanically and with gamesense, but mentally he has helped me come extremely far, which is in my opinion far more important than any other aspect of the game, especially in higher levels. I can strongly recommend him as a coach, he is extremely knowledgeable and if you want to progress your game knowledge and mechanics as linearly and fast as possible, Pienix is your guy!

In this course, you will really get a very good base and knowledge of defaults on all maps and learn all the basic mechanics of the game. For those who have not yet reached lvl 10 faceit, this is a very useful course. I took this course when I was already a 10th lvl student, and I was pleasantly surprised by the simplicity and accessibility of the information. Very structured, very simple and accessible. I recommend the course, I personally really liked it, the author is really a very experienced and competent player and coach, respect

When I started playing CS, I thought I was doomed to be bad forever. I believed some people just had the talent to be good aimers and hit every shot because they were God's favorites. Improvement Camp proved me completely wrong. There is a way to actually get better at this game, and the coaches teach it in a way that's crystal clear. The pathway couldn’t be more obvious. Implementing the knowledge from the course is incredibly easy and shows results incredibly quickly. I recommend Improvement Camp to anyone who sees CS as a competitive game

Gained my confidence back instantly after a session on mechanical review. Love this Polish guy👍 However I must say the stratbook definitely needs more updating to keep up with the meta.

Could not recommend CS2 improvement camp enough if you want to find a way to solo carry games in faceit and improve. Started watching Pienix's videos when I was level 4/5 a few months ago. Joined the improvement camp and went to level 7 in the next few days after 1 of the demo reviews, they highlight the mistakes you make (for me it was getting map control to guarantee impact, rather than to lurk and pray my teammates get map control). Then 3 months later I am now level 10. I got my demo reviewed twice by Pienix in the group demo review sessions, and he outlines the mistakes nobody else would tell you, and he gives you actionable steps to fix these mistakes going forward. The videos in the camp are structured in a really good way (mental, mechanics, theory, then going into specific strats on each map/position).

My Elo when I first joined the Bootcamp : Level 6 (1256) Reached Level 10 (2012) for the first time in less than 2 months Got my Highest Elo : Level 10 (2336) in exactly 2 months What made me better ? - Daily review sessions: I get daily feedback on how to improve my weaknesses (personalized exercises)! - Mechanics: All the basics I need in one place. Whenever I'm getting bad habits and missing shots, I know how to fix that! - Stratbook : I practice playing my favorite position exactly like high elo players do (timing, utility, positioning...)! - Supportive community: whether I need a technical or mental advice, Soldiers are always there to help! The game has become more fun to grind, as I'm always setting new goals, implementing new routines, and having someone who is always happy to help!

I consciously applied the advice in the very next game after our first session—and instantly broke my all-time accuracy record. I'm genuinely grateful for the valuable insights he shared with me.

Finally got catched by someone (pienix) on small mistakes during gameplay and also game sense on sort of positions that i am playing usually. Great strategies over there on gruop, very nice professional demo reviews by coaches like pienix and few more on the group. I am finally more consistend and iceman. (not running everywhere but hold positions) Finally i am not bouncing from lvl 10 to 6 and back to 10, gained 10 and still holding right there, i finally met few nice ppl from community that creates team with me and we can play esea league together focused on improving.

Big thanks to Pienix for his course! After reviewing the fundamental mechanics and establishing my own routine, in just 5 weeks, I managed to climb from FACEIT level 5 to 9 (currently at 8). The course gave me a much clearer understanding of the game, and I realized how many small but crucial aspects need to be trained constantly if you want to keep progressing. Thank you for the structured approach and high-quality training! Still have to work on when to stop playing)

Hey guys, Finally after joining this improvement camp in mid December (I think), I've finally made it all the way from bottom lvl 8 to lvl 10. II'm extremely grateful to have found this course and to pienix. As such, I'd like to share what I've noticed made me improve drastically: I did it pretty much solo Queueing but if you find likeminded players to play with, even better. Routines: Before joining my first game, I'd give 10m of warming up in cs stats + aim/reflex maps I didn't go to pienix demo reviews to be reviewed yet, but I've tuned in to some and listen/learned as much as I could. I've also watched the VODs of the previous sessions as much as I could. Tune in, listen closely and absorb what's being said. Of course, I'm never toxic, always trying to push the team up and communicating well Looked into the stratbook, studied 1 or 2 positions thoroughly for every map Live and breathed CS: CS since december as been on my top 2 priorities, i was consistently thinking about it. What helped me the most: I watched a ton of good CS streamers playing faceit together. I'm kinda lucky here, because the portuguese scene has amazing CS players that stream everyday (roman, shr, pr), all 3.5k+ players. I think that's it. There will be ups and downs of course, but never give up and keep enjoying the game! Thanks @pienix! I've finally reached my first goal that I stated in the introduction thread <3 2 things that I changed that I forgot to add that I think improved my game: Was playing at 1.64@800 DPI and after watching some vids here, I noticed that I was suffering a lot from shaky aim so I started to tune it down gradually. To 1.34, then 1.24, and now playing 1.14 and I freaking love it. My aim is way more stable and ties in well to the next point. Mouse/arm Grip: I was using only my wrist to aim. I've started to sit down straight and put almost my whole arm on the table. This felt strange and it took time to get used to it, but after some grinding (in the workshop maps as well of course) it all clicked beautifully. This 2 things combined drastically improved my aim/mechanics.
