I can't remember how I met Todd, but when I did I knew I would call on him when a client was in need. Recently, I had such a client. Todd's presence turned an otherwise unfortunate trial outcome around. Once the opposing prevailing party realized Todd was retained, the opposition knew it was in for a serious appellate battle that could turn around (what I believe were erroneous) strikes called against my client in the court below. Todd's presence prompted a substantive post-judgment settlement. The client is happy, and I contribute Todd's presence to the successful outcome.
