Recently this year I began to take LinkedIn seriously and wanted to use it as a platform to help other people understand more about Identity & Access Management, however I was having trouble defining my Ideal Client Profile, so I reached out to Dariusz and we spoke for 30 minutes defining what my ICP might be. We talked about everything from C-suite to the technical side to do with IAM, in the end not only did he help me define my ICP but was also willing to share examples on how to target my ICP and keep them engaged. I've had 2 sessions with Dariusz and they both have exceeded my expectations. Dariusz helped me in 2 critical areas: planning out the next years of my career and improving my resume. In both instances Dariusz was able to provide me with insight that I was unable to gain on my own. He not only provided me with valuable information based on his years of experience, but he would ask important questions to personalize the session. Dariusz is great! I came across him on LinkedIn and shared my fear of live coding. I'm on the spectrum so handling the social aspect along with the technical aspect is extremely difficult for me, but hey, it's also very hard for neurotypicals! He taught me how to identify triggers so I can catch them ahead of time and control it before it controls me, how to identify "who calls the shots" and engage with these persons specifically. My next live coding session after that was actually quite manageable. I'm not there yet, but I've been doing a lot better since using his tips! On top of that he's been following up and cheering, I definitely recommend his coaching!
