I recently undertook a DiSC session with David O’Grady through my workplace. David is an engaging and insightful facilitator. The session was very worthwhile in understanding how better to communicate with colleagues and customers. I left the session with the reassurance that in a team everyone’s contribution is important and vital to success.

Working with David O'Grady was enlightening for our group as a whole, but also significant for each individual. By giving us the tools to allow us to recognise our core values and communication styles, it has opened up constructive & clear conversations in our meetings. The final profile report matched the numerous similar tests I've taken over the years like the Myers-Briggs, etc. and accurately detected the gradual shift towards a more balanced profile as I aged. First Myers-Briggs test taken in1991.

I would highly recommend David’s Insights Discovery workshop. The session was engaging, practical, and very well delivered from start to finish. David created a relaxed, open environment that encouraged everyone to participate and to really think about how we work and communicate with each other. The StrengthsFinder session that David ran for our global leadership team was incredibly impactful in bringing together a new team, identifying individual and team strengths to accelerate effective collaboration.
