I can highly recommend taking Morten’s course. Even though it is online, it is full of helpful details and it is clear he wants you to succeed. The course is everything I wish I was taught in vet school and I can honestly say Morten has made me a better vet. In veterinary school you do not get much dentistry training as far as how to remove teeth, what instruments to use, or what to look for when deciding if a tooth should be extracted or not but this course helps take the guessing game away. As a visual learner, I love that the course has step by step videos that I can rewatch multiple times. My confidence for dentistry has improved immensely and I no longer get nervous when I see a dental on my surgery schedule. It took me a long time to write this... And by the end of this, you'll understand why. About a year ago, I had the privilege of becoming the first Latin American veterinarian to join Dr. Morten Hinge's Coaching Program. I joined this course because I had been doing dentals for years, but nobody had ever really taught me how to do them properly. Since taking the course, I’ve become much faster with dentals (and dental X-rays!), and a lot more confident performing them. It has also helped me explain their importance to owners in a way they understand, so they’re much more likely to go ahead with the treatment. I’ve also completely fallen in love with dentistry! The videos are really easy to follow, and whenever you have a question, Morten is always very quick to answer. My only regret is not doing this course sooner!

I joined Morten's program one year ago and it's been absolutely fantastic. I don't think I was bad at dentistry before joining the program, but before enrolling I was wondering whether it would really be worth the money. It absolutely was. The quality of the videos is outstanding and I learned far more than I ever did during wet labs. Nothing beats being able to rewatch the videos repeatedly, and there are so many small details and tips you can pick up to continuously improve your technique. I also really appreciated the Q&A sessions and the fact that they are recorded, so you can watch them anytime you want. Since joining the program, I've become much quicker and far more confident with my dental procedures, and I've become the go-to person for dentistry in the practice where I work.

My biggest challenge and goal was to do the dental procedures smoothly, quickly, nice and clean, whenever it's possible without complications, or with usable methods to calmly fix those complications whenever they happen (and in dentistry, sometimes they definitely do...) The challenge is to grap the space at suegeontable. I want to become a surgeon and hope the course will help me to learn quick which I need. The border in myself is the step to take the responsibility and the courage to gain the patients and equipment I need eventhough someone else is responible for the dentistry section in the clinic. Taking dental x-rays was a workload for me. Adding dental x-rays to our routine after this course added a lot to us and helped us diagnose many diseases. Consulting with colleagues in group chats and seeing that we had the same problems was also very relaxing psychologically. And many more… It is really worth taking this course.

I'm very glad that I got to take Morten's 6 week coaching program. My bosses have been sceptical about the course being online, but I can say that learning from Morten and the community while working on my own patients directly has been a lot more effective than going to a weekend class where you practice on one or two dead animals. Before the course I especially struggled with cat extractions, root tips, and making large enough flaps to close without tension. The high quality videos helped a lot, and being able to ask Morten for advice directly if I had a problem with a patient made me feel a lot safer. All in all I gained a lot if confidence. Getting the right equipment and taking care of it correctly also helped a lot. All in all a great course for everyone who struggles with dentistry. If you take the course I would recommend to schedule as many dental patients as possible to gain as much experience as possible while Morten is there to help.

As a new graduate interested in dentistry i had no access to a mentor or courses available in my country and i couldn’t find a way to incorporate my interests into the practice also because my boss never believed in dentistry being a successful field. I am in Dentistry allready, but wanted to to go through the basics once again, because you always learn something and it is always interesting to get new inputs. Morten explains so well and practice-oriented. There are a lot of training videos and you can take the time you need to go through them. so it is also manageable when you have long working hours. You are member of a Telegram group during the course as the other participants, where you can always ask when you need help. There is also an online meeting of the course group on 6 Sundays, where questions are answered and you get a lot of tips. I have a clear recommendation. escpecially for beginners.

Hi Morten, my biggest problem was to get my radiographs better and faster. You mostly solved this problem, especially with the Almost Parallel Technique. Just great! ( I jstill struggle with my small 1 sensor on bigger dogs, but that's a technical problem to be solved by buying a bigger sensor). Also I always felt like everybody is faster than I am. I learned not to struggle to master a fullmouth in a dog in one go. I explain beforehand to the owners that I am going to asess first what there is to be done, will do the surgery if there is enough time but will not risk the animals safty by working in excessively long anaesthesia. Better go on with a second appointment. For me and my team this took the dread out of dental appointments. And many many small changes and ideas I plan to include. I am planning to invest in a mikromotor and your NSK-handpiece next. This course has been a game changer for me. Even though other trouble kept me away for parts of the time. When I started this course, I was new to dentistry and had limited knowledge after college, where we hadn't spent much time on the subject. Morten's course has been really useful to improve both my knowledge of dentistry and to give me confidence in my practical skills. His pre-recorded video lectures and extraction videos are easy to follow and understand and are very comprehensive. My confidence in small animal dentistry is vastly improved from this course and I would recommend it to anyone else looking to improve their dentistry skills.

I am an “old” vet (22 years graduated) who never had formal dental education at university. Given that dentistry makes up such a huge part of my workload as a general practitioner, I began to become very frustrated as I found it so difficult and I knew I had to improve my technique. This course has been invaluable on teaching me proper extraction techniques, which instruments to buy and how to get the most out of my current instruments and dental X-ray machine. If you are UK-based, you will see lots of in-person CPD events for a similar cost to this course. If you are interested in those, I would wholeheartedly recommend attending Morten’s course instead. You get 6 weeks of teaching, covering all aspects of dentistry plus detailed videos demonstrating and outlining how to perform all sorts of extractions. I have found it to contain far more content than an in-person course and you aren’t rushed through the content trying to finish it all by the end of the day. The tips you learn can be practiced in your cases everyday and will vastly elevate your dental skills and confidence. The course is regularly updated with better quality video and new videos over time and you can refer back to it for years afterwards if needed.

I recommend 100% Morten's couching program! It was definitely a "life changing" for me on my daily work on dentistry. Understanding different periodontal diseases was one of the biggest challenges before, as well as understanding techniques of x- ray. This course has been very helpful for me to understand both. The videos from the course were extremely good and one of the best parts of the course :)
