Overall, my experience working with the team was very positive. The templates were well designed, responses were quick, the guidance was structured, and the preparation for the audit was excellent. What stood out most was the preparation for the audit questions. These sessions were particularly valuable in understanding how answers should be structured and articulated. My initial objectives and goals were fully met. Overall, it was a very strong and comprehensive program.

We had an extremely positive experience with the Cognisys Digital Accelerator Program, bootstrapping SOC 2 compliance from scratch in just a few weeks. Although I had prior experience with Vanta and handling compliance matters, the first line support from the team at Cognisys (and the second line at Vanta, in the few instances where it was necessary) was outstanding and we achieved our goals within the expected timeframe. Collins from Cognisys was a joy to work with. He brought a smile to every meeting and helped us demystify the process to ensure our success. This was my first time going through a security certification and Collins helped right-size the ISO requirements with our company (we are a very small startup). This saved us hours of time. We held regular meetings to ensure he were making progress. Collins helped us prepare for what was to come. He also helped increase the confidence in our certifier by filling in gaps to our answers during the audit process. Although the bulk of the work was still on our shoulders, the 2 biggest value props of the "zero2hero" program was that we were advised on what to focus on (a huge time saver!) and to help demystify the process (lowered anxiety).

Assisted with Cyber Essentials Plus. The team were extremely helpful and very flexible to our needs. For a small company like ours, they contained all the expertise and the software to assist with the accreditation with ease. Will definitely be using their service again and would highly recommend.
