My favorite thing about the 1:1 coaching session was that Stefanie was very focused on understanding my background, where I am at currently and what goals do I want to work towards. She helped me understand my numbers, what questions need to be asked to get clarity on some of my employer financial info, she helped my set up my Financial independence tracker and the WWIE sheets so my numbers are more accurate. I am inspired to take action by continuing my financial literacy and improve my money management/investment skills. Stefanie is knowledgeable and provides clear and concise guidance!

I had such a great session with Stefanie. Becoming more financially literate can feel daunting but she really makes it feel more achievable by breaking it down into smaller steps. I found my 1:1 call with Stefanie very helpful. I'm currently in a position where my life can take two very different paths, but Stefanie helped me to see that regardless of the outcome, the first steps I have to take are the same for either path. Have those clear actionable items outlined was very helpful because I now feel I have a starting point, regardless of what path I end up on. I've never felt I had a problem with money because I've always been good at saving and living within my means, but I now realize how much more I could be doing with my money, and how looking at real numbers and creating a budget will be very important moving forward. I love it, thanks. Still need to figure out where to open an account for investments outside of the pension plan. Also, usually most returns I've seen are 4%, not 6%....

The teaching was clear and great. Better understanding of investing and how it can help me to be independent financially.

My favorite part about the course was starting with journal prompts. It really helped to center my mind before diving into the numbers. I am inspired to take action with my money by allocating it differently and investing more. I loved how the videos were short and to the point and the spreadsheets were linked right below. It was very well organized and made it so much easier for me.

My favorite thing about the session was learning about an IDP and how to map it properly. It's easy to just have your plans in your head but mapping it out involves discipline and Stefanie explained how to do it, steps to take and also shared a template to help us do it properly.

My favorite thing about the Level up your Career & Income was really digesting all parts of the IDP from a different perspective. Clarification of how to use this document effectively to make career moves/changes is something I plan to keep in my personal growth toolkit.
