I tend to hide my struggles and thoughts from people because of my fear of rejection or making mistakes. The message really made me think about my goals while I am working. Before the talk, I would just go through the motions and be done, but now I am thinking about what more I can get out of this internship. If I was to tell someone about Edgar, I would tell them to listen. He made some seriously great points and forced me to confront issues I had been dealing with that I was scared to face.
