I highly recommend this veterinary endoscopy specialist. The service is incredibly efficient, fast, and above all, of outstanding quality. What really makes the experience exceptional is the way the specialist explains everything throughout the process and takes the time to answer every question thoroughly. Communication is excellent from start to finish. They also arrange video calls with clients both before and after the procedure to discuss the results and the treatment plan, which provides great reassurance and clarity. The courses have been essential to strenghten many concepts that are essential for every vet everywhere!! Ferran specially is an excellent teacher and goes the extra mile to make sure every student leaves the class with everything figured out. We have been working with Ferran for the last six months, since our dog Harley was diagnosed with megaoesophagus. Ferran has been an asset to our practice! Due to our island location, many clients can be unable/unwilling to travel to the mainland, be this for logistical or financial reasons, so allowing them the option to receive a specialist case review +/- a teleconsultation without the need to travel is invaluable. It is affordable, direct and the turnaround time is incredibly fast, making this an option for fairly urgent cases too. The follow up support has been brilliant and the whole GP vet team speak highly of the service. Ferran also works seamlessly alongside our visiting outpatient imaging service, providing support prior, during and after any imaging. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Thinkifyer: The Vet Med Club to anyone with an interest in small animal medicine. It’s a friendly and engaging community with regular interactive webinars, journal club and bite-sized CPD with a case-based and practical approach. It’s also possible to share details of difficult cases and get specialist guidance on these/input from other colleagues. All for a small monthly fee, so it’s great value too.

I went to Ferran’s internal medicine course and honestly… it was amazing. The level of teaching was outstanding. He’s a European diplomate in Veterinary Internal Medicine, and what I love most is how practical and down-to-earth the teaching is. It’s not intimidating or overly academic it’s clinically useful and immediately applicable. The small group format and the teaching method made such a difference. You actually feel comfortable asking questions, sharing doubts, and thinking out loud. There’s zero judgement, which creates a really safe space to learn properly. We discussed messy real-life cases (the ones that feel like a “bloody mess” in practice), challenged each other, and really worked through the clinical reasoning step by step. I learned a huge amount, but more importantly, I’ve gained confidence in managing internal medicine cases in first opinion practice. Referral centres are essential, of course, but this course gives you the confidence and structure to manage more cases yourself and make better decisions before referring. It helps you understand when referral is truly necessary and when you can approach the case confidently in house. That’s empowering for you and also beneficial for your clients. Very interactive, very practical, and genuinely enjoyable. 100% recommended.

I recently completed the 4-week CPD course ‘What a Bloody Mess!’ with Ferran and absolutely loved it. The pre-work and interactive activities meant I arrived at each session ready to learn and really helped cement the material. Ferran is incredibly knowledgeable, and I particularly enjoyed the anaemia content, which has already improved my interpretation skills in practice. I have always been less confident in medical cases compared to surgery but Ferran's CPD has made me enjoy medicine more and really helped me produce a systematic work up for my cases.
