Working with Emperor Audio was the best decision I could've made to improve my church's live stream. Max really has a passion for music and ministry and it shows in the work he produces. My church had a pretty basic audio setup for streaming to FB Live. It didn't sound great, but it was what we knew how to do. My senior pastor told me he wanted our church to stream to Youtube, and I told him we could but that our audio was not on par with other churches doing the same thing. We needed a solution. Max Inman (Emperor Audio) had a Instagram post that came across my feed that showed his before and after broadcast audio solutions for churches that used his services. I was blown away at the difference I heard, so I scheduled a call with Max. Max was very engaging on the call. He asked questions and did research to make sure he was a good fit for us. He told me exactly what he would do to upgrade our audio software setup and gave me step-by-step instructions on how to prepare for it which very minimal and easy to do. Within two weeks we were up and running with a new broadcast audio solution that is incredibly easy to run and maintain. Just about everything is pre-set every week and your most inexperienced sound tech can oversee this from the sound booth. Max even gave me solutions so I can run it from the stage while playing on team. The broadcast audio we have now is better than I ever hoped we could sound while streaming. I found Max to be a consummate professional, extremely knowledgeable about music production and broadcast audio, and understanding of the needs of our church. He was dedicated to getting our church up and running as soon as possible, and was responsive to my calls, texts, and questions. I never waited long for a response from him. He provided an incredibly robust solution to our broadcast audio that is well worth much more than the investment we made into it! We now sound like churches that spend tens of thousands of dollars on broadcast. The kick and snare from the kit sound SO GOOD. The vocals sit in the mix and sound like they are professionally mixed, instead of being the only thing you used to hear. The guitars, bass and keys sound amazing, and since we use tracks, those fit in perfectly as well. Best of all, if I want to change how loud something is in the broadcast mix, its literally adjusting a fader and it doesn't affect the house mix one bit! You don't have to do this if you don't want to- Max's solution assumes you want to "set it and forget it"- but if you do want to, the option is there. If you are looking to upgrade your church broadcast audio with a simple, easy, affordable solution that sounds like a church of 10,000, give Max a call.
