Wall of Love

Kristen’s ability to combine vision and strategy to see a path where at first there was no path is masterful. Working with her feels more like playing, and strategizing feels more like inventing; she replaces anxiety with joy and dread with excitement. If you get the opportunity to work with her, do not pass it by.

Kristen has helped me understand and accept what makes me tick and how to improve my impact on everyone around me. She creates an environment of trust and breaks down what is getting in the way of becoming your best self.

Conversations with Kristen are consistently liberating. She brings a truly unique perspective of depth and loving insight I haven’t experienced elsewhere - dissolving past and present stuckness, always leaving me feeling lighter and clear. I feel deeply grateful to have Kristen in my world.

Working with Kristen has been one of the most transformative experiences of my life, both personally and professionally. She helped me recognize a level of clarity, purpose, and potential that was already within me, and accelerated my ability to bring it into reality. Her work is unlike anything I’ve experienced: deeply profound, yet remarkably simple, natural, and empowering. Rather than creating dependence, she helps you trust your own inner knowing. If you have the opportunity to work with her, don’t wait.

Kristen’s superpower is to truly listen and then provide thoughtful, practical advice that has consistently led to positive outcomes for me. Most importantly, no matter how I’m feeling going into a meeting with Kristen, I always leave feeling more confident, optimistic, and energized.

Working with Kristen is invaluable to my life. I have a roadmap and skill set to understand what my energy feels like and what someone else's energy feels like, and making decisions from that place is life-changing. She's one of the best in the world at what she does.

I can't say enough about how much Kristen's wisdom, teachings, and her presence itself have just completely changed my life. I have utmost reverence and gratitude for her.

From the very first time I listened to a few of the attunements on AHA, I knew that these were potent. I have been walking a personal path to self growth and Ascension for about 30 years and when I was first invited into the AHA platform I was feeling so frazzled, out of sorts, and not like myself at all. Being a happy person most of my life with a positive disposition had been where I felt comfortable. Seemingly without reason, I was experiencing intense sadness, and grief for days on end and not knowing what to do about it or where it was coming from. She suggested attunements for grounding, clearing, and one for calling my energy back and releasing male guilt. Like magic I felt clear, grounded, and then noticed that the sadness had left as well. Over the last three months working with Kristen, my understanding of my body's nervous system has expanded and how I relate to my emotions have become forefront in my daily life. These attunements are helping me so much in actually processing these emotions very quickly, often times dissolving these intense feelings that weren't mine in the first place immediately. I now notice when I feel out of balance quickly, not only that, but I have the tools to get my body back into a place where it is so much more regulated. Working with Kristen and the AHA platform has been life-changing. If you have the opportunity to do so, I cannot recommend it enough. Simply put..... she's handing you the keys to your Kingdom!

Kristen’s energy work was one of the most powerful catalysts I’ve ever experienced. She helped me clear old entanglements, strengthen my energetic boundaries, and reconnect with a deeper sense of power and possibility in myself. Her sessions felt like a blend of precision and magic: intuitive, clean, and profoundly grounding. She holds a space that’s both sacred and real, where deep shifts actually happen. Working with her was healing and beautifully activating, both in session and in the integration that follows. I have both deep awareness as well as practical tools to use in the moment to shift my energy at any time. I’m walking forward clearer, lighter, and more fully myself because of it, and could not recommend working with Kristen more!

Such a powerful reminder and practice as it is so easy to get caught up in the energetic fields of loved ones and so many others. thank you for this.. I’ve used it many, many times and it is a life saver !! ahhhhhh!!

Kristen has a way of seeing and feeling that goes far beyond human action and thought and into the heart of life…its energetic signature. Understanding life through this lens is incredibly powerful and can shift so many things! Her guidance is gracefully clear yet strong enough to inspire you to stay committed to the path of transformation.

Working with Kristen feels like all the best childhood memory’s bubble up to the surface again and ignite a happiness that sets up in your body permanently. Her work feels like the excitement we all had for life before life taught us it could be hard. Since my first session with Kristen I have felt lighter, happier, and less anxious. That grows with each session I have with her. She also scaffolds her sessions with work that I can continue daily on my own, so that I can always be progressing on my path. Her work has gently taught me that each season can be better than the last, and she has helped me to look at my life with the happiness and excitement that I hadn’t even known was missing! Kristen’s guidance has allowed me to feel enormous weights lifted and a lightness that I hadn’t felt since childhood. Her teachings can seem almost too easy to be so impactful, but her work has taught me that small intentions can bring colossal change. After my first session with Kristen I knew instantly that she was a one in a million bright light healer. It’s incredibly easy to breathe easy in her presence and she shines so bright when she teaches that you can’t help but pick up the glow and pass it on. I feel like she’s a bright star rippling goodness and light thru each persons story that she touches. A few years ago in grad school I realized I was pursing my masters in psychology not for a career path, but for my own childhood healing. In a few sessions Kristen helped me to heal and release childhood grief that four years of in-depth psychology classes couldn’t teach me! Until working with Kristen I never knew that I needed to release patterns, memory’s and connections on an energetic level. Being able to practice her teachings allows me to have more space for my family and friends, yet also in every passing interaction I have. I have so many new tools to access from Kristen’s teachings. I can now take a bad day, pause, take the time to connect and release it. The beauty is I don’t even have to always know what the root of the issue is. Her practices are set up to help gently release on so many levels that I can freely let go of things without having to overthink them. If anyone asked me about joining Aha or working with Kristen, I would wholeheartedly, enthusiastically, overwhelmingly encourage them to do so as soon as humanly possible. Joining her practices allows life to bloom open with a joy and happiness that I never knew I was missing, but now feels like home. AHA moments I’ve had: Learning to master pulling my energy from my loved ones doesn’t mean I’m abandoning them. I’ve practiced this and within hours had my phone ring with my family member reaching out in a new and loving way. I’ve been able to learn to sit back and not try to control situations with worry or anxiety. I know that I can attract the negative if I obsess over it (thank you practice for getting me out of jury duty for a week!) Her personalized teachings have helped me trust my intuition on such a deep level that with each week I feel more at peace and anxiety isn’t a personality trait that I feel like I’ll carry with me now. Female grounding has such an automatic daily effect on my life. I enjoy seeing in real time the effect it can have on my life. I can female ground within seconds- while driving, talking, before picking up the phone for a call- and instantaneously feel (and see) the impact. Learning to sit in my true and original energy has felt so powerful and brings a calm frequency to every thing I do in life. I’ll never be able to thank you enough for the incredible gift you’ve given me, and my family. I’m excited to continue to pass it on ⭐️

Kristen has an extraordinary ability to teach, advise, and inspire, all while providing the kind of support that helps leaders unlock their highest capabilities. Her guidance has been pivotal in my journey, and I honestly can't imagine where my business and leadership would be without her.

This was really fun! I danced in my kitchen while making breakfast 😂 I’ve done movement practice for some years now & I think is such an important part of transformation x

What a soothing and impactful clearing exercise! Deeply appreciated and feeling much lighter, clean and gentle energy now

This was a practice that felt like finding a new room in a house you’ve been living in. Sometimes we can spend so much time focusing on shadow work and ~~our triggers~~ what lights us up that it’s difficult to see how our past accomplishments and our dreams/desires/fantasies could also be blocking us. Where I could use some guidance is, how do practices like manifestations or vision boards fit in with this practice? Or do they eventually get in the way if not cleared? Day 2 of inbox candy on longing feels like a possible starting point. I feel like I understand it in theory but am tripping myself up when trying to approach it in on a practical everyday level.

This class was so eye-opening and mind-blowing! My aura feels so much lighter after exploding my fantasy pictures. Opening to wonders will become one of my favs too 🥰🩷

So beautiful . You are such a blessing Kris and I’m deeply grateful to have entered into this portal of the Golden Altar with you.

I am in gratitude for your creative and generous energy. Thank you for offering lessons on approaches of how to enter the Sacred Space deep within our bodies, while also creating a sacred community, a sacred tribe to support each other. Learning how to clear out other peoples energies and despair so that I can step into a real sense of groundedness and be open to myself are powerfully meaningful lessons to learn.

I have worked on my emotions before with professional help yet, for the first time, the Rejuvenation practices have left me focused and rebalanced like never before in my grown-years. I am both excited and extremely calm, willing to make more but no longer willing to make “too much” if that makes any sense. And the forgiveness….That hit hard and I need to do so much, but at least the process has started. Thank you

Kristen enabled me to begin to move these negative energetic templates out of my body and into the ethers. Stepping up to heal and thrive is extremely hard and requires serious effort. With Kristen’s soft spoken wisdom, intuition and guidance, I believe I can move mountains.

My session with Kristen was extremely powerful and continues to guide my self-evaluation and evolution as a man, parent, and professional. Kristen is incredibly gifted at delivering her insightful perspectives with both candor and kindness. Simply stated, she enlarges others.

I looooove Radiance course. Kris is amazing with delivering and clarifying everything. My soul was dancing during those six weeks. It felt like drinking the most delicious fresh water after being thirsty for a while. The afterfeel is like you just did a deep cleaning of your home, threw the old stuff out and filled your home with fresh mountain air, flowers and the most delicious smell of essential oils. I Love it and I recommend it.

Kristen’s reset and rejuvenation workshop was magic. She transforms complex energy work into accessible and achievable practices to integrate in your daily life. Now I’m really learning how to understand and work with my own energy. Thank you, I cannot wait for the next one.

You were brilliant tonight.Your abilities to channel on the spot, remain laser focused, be beautifully charming, kind and patient, plus have the largest wealth of knowledge and teachings, available to relay with superb insight, on the spot, is mind blowing!

Your guidance lets people be who they are and allows them to BECOME again, you held space for me to be lost and then found...to recognize we are just here for a moment and we have the chance to be wrong and Rejuvenate again and again.

Kristen has the capacity to show me a different way to think about my possibilities. She opens me to new worlds and options that I hadn’t seen before.

The polarity fast helped me feel so much better. It activated a process of wider relaxation around the tremendous amount of time I spent focused on the pandemic narrative. I reduced the time spent absorbing information by at least 70% and opened a bigger space for creativity. I also feel myself as more neutral and welcoming towards any position from the outside world. I really thank you for this nourishing experience.

Kristen’s polarity fast came just at the right moment in my life. I was really feeling worn down by so many aspects of the pandemic period. The fast gave me two things; firstly the repose I needed. A breath of fresh air amongst the heavy density of so may other information sources in life. And secondly, an enlightened and beautiful new perspective to carry with me out into the world. I feel incredibly lucky to have found the fast, because it has empowered me to feel closer to myself, more compassionate with myself, and calmer. These traits are true treasure, as we live through turbulent and transformative times.

Oh my God! That Rejuvenation course was so good! I feel so revitalized! So rejuvenated! Kristen, this is the best class EVER! I already want to register for the next one. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you. So grateful!
