Being part of the Epic Board has been a great investment. Roland Frasier and his team have created something truly special — a mastermind that delivers real strategies, powerful connections, and high-level execution support. Through Epic Board, I’ve been able to dive deep into consulting for equity, and I’m actively working on an exciting acquisition and rollup strategy with my Amazon agency that wouldn’t have been possible without the insight and guidance I’ve received here. The coaching is top-notch, the frameworks are practical and actionable, and the private events are filled with high-caliber entrepreneurs who are generous with their experience and connections. If you’re serious about growing through M&A or building equity through strategic advisory, there’s no better group to be part of than the Epic Board. — Jeff Lieber, Founder of TurnKey Product Management

Signed my first LOI tonight for e-com site... seller financing 65% for 3 years (which is amazing, considering they didn’t want to do that initially and we were up against a cash buyer, but they liked our experience and plans more – and the other buyer missed two Zoom meetings 😱). Could have paid cash too, but why when you don’t have too?! That money pays for two new full-time marketing staff for two years. One foot in front of the other...

Hey Deanna, This is Nate from EPIC first cohort! My email on the EPIC lists is from my other business [email protected] I was messaging with Roland on IG and shared that since EPIC, I've gone on to do 4 advisory for rev share deals. A year later 3/4 are still going strong :)

Hi Roland, Saying Thank You seems insufficient, but Thank You for putting the EPIC program together and providing me the opportunity to share in it. I have been in the DM orbit for a few years now, and knowing you through that orbit I did not hesitate one second to jump into the challenge and then the accelerator. The team you assembled to make this happen are all as equally generous with their time, knowledge, and experience as you are. I don’t have everyone’s email address so I ask that you forward this to Adam, Matt, and Karen. I’m sure there were others behind the scenes and they deserve accolades as well. Going to keep this short… just want you to know I will be back for more learning and coaching. Based on the drinks I’ve taken from the fire hose of content you put out over this period, it’s time to do some execution! Stay Healthy.

I want to give a big thanks to Roland, Sam, DeAnna, all the EPIC coaches and staff, for putting on such an amazing Live Event. I had an amazing time connecting with deal-makers from all over the country. Learned so much, it's truly amazing what's possible. I look forward to working with everyone on big deals ahead.

Please know that I did get a CFE project based on my enrollment in the program. It will be worth close to $1M after the company transacts in about 18 months and there is cashflow between now and then – so it was a great investment!!!

Thanks again to Roland and team for 2 days of AMAZING content during EPIC Live! The role playing was powerful. It re-motivated me to start searching for various types of assets to acquire. Well this morning as I was searching through LinkedIn I noticed a group that was pretty dead. The owner is not active on LI but I found him on Twitter. Well after some back and forth DM's he suddenly added me as a Manager. He said he rarely goes on LI as he sold his business 18 months ago. Since we just started interacting today I plan to build a business relationship with him with the plan to possibly take over the group. While I'm not the full owner yet in essence this is now my 3rd Traffic asset I've acquired. Each one has been for NO MONEY... Time will tell how I monetize this group but I'll take every small win I can get!.. THE BEST PART IS THIS TOOK LESS THAN 1 HOUR TO ACCOMPLISH!

Intro and update! I enrolled in EPIC a couple of months ago, after spending some time in M&A networks. I've really enjoyed Roland's teaching style and found it to be perfect for filling in the gaps in my understanding. I've been serving as a consultant for those in my network who are undergoing ownership transitions, and marketing my M&A expertise has led to some really promising opportunities for growth. On the success front, a few weeks ago I closed on my first acquisition, a $1-down purchase of an industry association that I have deep network ties in. 😁 Structured as an earn out with a very reasonable ($50k) cap over the next 2 years. I already had solid relationships with the major sponsors of the association from prior projects, and the reception to my taking over has been overwhelmingly positive. Talk about owning your own traffic! Heading into this modest audience (~5k currently) with an intent to hit the affiliate marketing and sponsorship opportunities hard, and to direct sales to course content I'm building out as well as a custom marketing merchandise business we own. Launching a product line specifically for this audience.

Hey everyone. I just wanted to give an update on my business/deal search. I found a business that I liked back in the spring. After much negotiating we closed on the deal in July with 100% seller financing with zero down. It’s crazy! I didn’t think it was possible but I pushed through the negotiations and it all worked out. The business has been great so far and it is amazing to start off with instant cashflow. It works!! I am so grateful for the lessons learned from this community! Thank you all for your contributions.
