Global CX Leader | Head of Customer Experience, Who Gives A Crap (US/Worldwide)
Junie brought a thoughtful international and cultural lens to our CX leadership work at Who Gives A Crap. As I prepared a series of cross-functional workshops during a key growth phase, her frameworks helped us diagnose alignment gaps and surface patterns we were too close to see. The tools added clarity and structure to our conversations, making it easier to align leaders and make better decisions.

The first session we had it was really good when you explain how I can tell my story it made me think how I wanted to be heard. Other thing was the way I have to communicate with people which helps me to have a better conversation with them. Overall the way and the technique you used in first session I really liked it. Also the questions was so thoughtful, made me think about some stuff which I’ve never thought about them.

The unlock for me was breaking the big picture in smaller steps to organize my actions in order to execute them. I went from being lost and paralysed by analysis to having an actions tracker to break my whole plan in smaller steps in order to achieve my goals.

It was a really good way to hold me accountable. I’ve had to accept the information I shared. And bearing with me with those frustrations. It wasn’t the process it was more the process of me crossing that line.
