Just had my chipped, stained front teeth repaired and AMAZED how good they look! Dr Talbot's work was quick and completely painless - beautiful work 😁

I travel 50 minutes for this practice. Lovely receptionist, very friendly which isn’t always the case! Murray Pratt is very gentle, had to have some work done where injections were involved, didn’t hurt at all! They’ve got all the gear and it’s a very professional practice indeed.

I have just registered with Forever Dental and Skin and had my first appointment yesterday. Superb and caring treatment from Murray and his staff. The premises are welcoming and very clean and the equipment used is top of the range. No hesitations on recommending the practice to anyone.

Had a most calm and comfortable consultation with Mary. All the team made my experience from booking apts etc so easy. My treatment plan was thoroughly explained. I unexpectedly saw Murray to fit my crown as Mary was on holiday. Since joining my daughter has visited Murray and my 87 year old Mum too has seen Mary. So impressed have also recommended a couple of friends who have started treatment. After many years with one Dentist who has now retired iam so great full to have found this marvellous high tech practice!

I have recently registered at this excellent practice where the surgery is impressively clean and well equipped. All of the staff I have encountered are very friendly, helpful and kind. Most importantly the standard of work is superb and realistically priced. I am delighted with the treatment I have received by Dr. Murray Pratt and his team. Desperate to have a front loose tooth extracted and a replacement attached to an existing adjacent denture I contacted several in the area No Luck one quite rude. Cold called to F D & S who agreed to see me later that day 20/07 extracted tooth took mold and my new denture with the new tooth fitted 22/07 Brilliant highly recommended very gentle and caring. I was also pleased with my bill.

One of the nicest dental practices I've been in. Great premises, lovely team, helpful dentist with modern hi tech equipment. Got my replacement invisalign retainers within a week! Amazing. Collected them today and a patient who was in the waiting area said he actually looks forward to going to the dentist now...can't say better than that.

Made a first visit four weeks ago and was really impressed by the experience. The clinic is located on the site of the old Lloyds Bank and has been given a radically modern makeover. Dr Murray Pratt, the Principal Dentist, has invested heavily in the latest technology which, among other things, can produce instant 3-D (intra-dental) images and X-rays, all in colour and rotatable through 360 degrees which are projected onto a large screen right in front of the patient's chair. This creates a sense of inclusiveness between client and dentist, allowing open discussion and visual clarity on what the problem is and what needs to be done. In my case, I needed a crown and the procedure took just under an hour and was fitted with a temporary one followed exactly two weeks later with the new crown which fitted perfectly and is very comfortable. Again, I was much impressed by the end-to-end elapsed time and the skill of Dr Pratt. The front-of-house staff at the clinic are friendly and helpful, appointments are punctual (no waiting) and business hours are consumer friendly, 8am-8pm, and open even on Saturdays. The clinic is spotlessly clean and there is a strict protocol on Covid hygiene. A nice touch, on leaving, are the loan umbrellas if it is raining outside. Now that's service! March 2021

Excellent service for a filling and a crown last month, from initial enquiry to consultation and treatment. A very modern facility with laser scanning (or equivalent) technology for the crown. All undertaken in less than 2 weeks so a lot of thanks to the team from Amanda to Dr Murray for fitting me in.

I first went to Forever Dental a year ago when my former practice remained closed and have stayed with them, having both routine maintenance and treatment. I'm very confident in their Covid hygiene measures and very happy with the treatment and whole experience - lovely staff, well organised and efficient, and clean, spacious and uncluttered. The hi-tech equipment and imaging etc really help the patient to understand the condition of their teeth and the treatment being carried out. I'm very glad to have found the practice.

As a retired dentist, I’m very particular about who I allow to touch my teeth. I have to say that Murray Pratt did an excellent job restoring my fractured molar – the procedure was painless and very comfortable as soon as the local anaesthetic had worn off. More importantly, he mended the tooth in the most conservative way, preserving as much of the remaining tooth structure as possible – something which I know is very important.

A very positive first visit. All very efficient and friendly. Dr Pratt was extremely thorough and took time to explain what he was doing and to go through the results of his first consultation with me. All equipment seemed very up to date. Everything very clean. I shall continue to visit the practice.

Dr Pratt is a toddler whisperer! My family recommended him after very positive experiences with their toddlers and I am glad we followed their advice. We needed help for my 3 year who had a few issues needing attention. Our appointment with Dr Pratt was massively better than with the previous dentistry practice we'd been to. Dr Pratt put my son at ease with his calm and friendly manner and fixed the issues quickly with no fuss (very different approach to the previous guys we'd been to). The less invasive procedure was also less expensive than the previous place. My son actually enjoyed his time in the chair and I think he is counting down the days till he can go back to Dr Pratt. Receptionist Amanda was also very helpful and patient in getting us appointments in these complicated times. Forever Dental and Skin took me on as patient last year. I hadn’t been to the dentist for a number of years as I was extremely nervous of dentists. I have had lots of work done including an implant. Forever Dental and Skin is a new practise in Ashtead and has all the up to date equipment and facilities necessary to carry out every kind of dental treatment needed and to satisfy Covid regulations. I required quite extensive treatment and really don't like visiting the dentist. From the first appointment to the end of my treatment I was impressed with the friendliness but most of all the professionalism of the staff. Im over the moon with the end results and would highly recommend Dr Murray Pratt and his team.

Utterly impressed. The Practise itself was very clean, tidy with lots of fancy equipment, especially for the treatments I received. The staff make you feel at home as soon as you appear - very friendly and professional. I imagine all the dentists are brilliant - I had Dr Murray Pratt who is exceptional. Completely puts you at ease and explains exactly what he is going to do. I cant thank all of them enough - Dr Pratt, his nurse and all the staff behind the desk for making me feel so comfortable and at ease.

I required some treatment earlier during lockdown , throughout each stage from the initial assessment to conclusion the whole process has been first class . Reception were friendly , helpful and very efficient . The whole environment , equipment and high standards immediately put me at ease and made me feel comfortable and confident . I want to support more independent shops and businesses, so I decided to switch my dental care from BUPA to Forever Dental. I went for my first new patient examination recently and I left very impressed. Clearly they have invested in very high end equipment - I had never received such a detailed view of my dental health - 3D modelling, high resolution photos, etc. This allowed me to get a much better understanding of the issues and options available to me. There was no “upselling” of treatments - just a straightforward overview and possible options. I left with a treatment plan which detailed the costs up front. I was not rushed through the process, and everyone was very welcoming and professional. I consider my switch from BUPA permanent! My only suggestion is that they consider taking Amex, as many other local shops (including the local butcher, bakery) all accept it now the interbank fees are lower. And as a business which I believe is aiming to provide a more high-end experience, it is a bit surprising it is not accepted. All-in-all though, a great experience and you could not ask for better care.

My dentist of over 30 years recently retired and I was anxious about finding a new one with whom I would feel safe and trust as much. I needn’t have worried. From the moment I stepped into Forever Dental and Skin, I felt that I was in good hands and I was put immediately at ease. My initial consultation was extensive: Dr Murray Pratt explained exactly what was happening throughout my appointment, talked me through all the scans and X-rays (amazing 21st century equipment) and explained what he thought was the best course of treatment. I realized from the start of my appointment that Murray is a first-class dentist and I had no hesitation in agreeing to the treatment he advised. I had my initial dental appointment at the practice this week. I was impressed with their new premises, thorough initial check, good explanations and the technology which is integral to the practice. I have just suggested to my wife that she might transfer to them too.

A most excellent experience from start to finish. The reception is warm and welcoming, the equipment is state of the art and Dr Pratt provides the most professional and gentle care. With very sensitive teeth I usually fear even a simple clean and polish, so I was ever so surprised when it was suddenly all done; shiny and polished teeth without any discomfort whatsoever! I booked my next appointment in without a shadow of doubt, can’t say enough how pleased I am. The whole family are now clients!

My first visit to forever dental and skin this week. I had an in-depth examination of my mouth and teeth. It was very thorough with scans and x-rays. So nice to see inside your mouth on a screen. I was given a report on what I need to have done. No pressure whatsoever.i will be returning to have my treatment completed. Also a very warm welcome from the staff.

I had an excellent experience during my first visit at Forever Dental and Skin. The initial check up is like a Star Wars lab for teeth with pens and wands and booth taking face back and 360 degrees pics of your mouth. The tooth cleaning was then very soft and meticulous. The Covid 19 precautions are excellent and I felt totally safe. It is very easy to park on Grove Rd and pay with RingGo. Bravo Dr Pratt and team!

I have had 3 visits over the past 4 weeks to correct a few problems that I have had, and I found the explanation of the plan to be very clear, pricing was given up front with no surprises and the treatment was carried out very professionally. My sister Oriana was in agony with the worst toothache and infection ever, Dr Murray Pratt even though she was not registered at the clinic bent over backwards and as she runs her own business opened up the surgery for her to be seen as an emergency would highly recommend this state of the art new practice.

This was my first visit to the practice. The consulting rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean. The receptionist was very helpful and efficient. I was very impressed with the technology used , creating in seconds a digital image of my entire mouth. Murray used this to explain what treatment was needed. The follow up appointment was easily made as the hours of surgery are extended making after hours consultation simple. I would highly recommend this dentist .
