Through the last three weeks of coursework and calls with Jelena and Matt, I've narrowed down on my ICP, built out my very first offer (!), started doing user interviews, and hope to close my first sale next week. I started with nothing... and I'm getting something! I won't lie that I balked at the price at first. So I interviewed three different people who've been through the program, and all assured me that it was well worth the money. This has been my experience as well. Matt and the team hold "be extremely generous" as a principle, and it comes through in FounderOS. There are 4-5 calls _per day_ that you can hop in, folks are quick to respond on Skool posts, and you can feel that the team cares about your success. Particular shout-out to Jelena: I was struggling with my ICP, feeling like I wasn't credible with my audience. She helped me narrow my ICP with "sell to yourself, 5-10y ago", which helped me create user discovery questions & content that feel like I'm reading my client's minds (the goal). So if you want to start a business but don't know where to start, I'd strongly recommend the program. I had been following Matt Gray for a few years, so I knew his thought leadership aligned with my values, and he's a successful guy who delivers value–even in his free content. I joined because I had reached a point of exhaustion as a solopreneur doing all the things in my book publishing agency, and being tied to my laptop for a disgusting amount of hours per week.
