Wall of love for Free Focusing Statement Masterclass

I am a 40ish year old woman that has spent the last couple of years doing a deep-dive into self-love and healing and now I'm working on creating a life I love now that I know myself better. I hadn't considered a focusing statement rather than a specific goal, or a goal that is only money-related and I found this class educational. I tend to feel like I'm asking a lot when I ask for what I want, so the piece about including what I intend to give in return really was helpful to me. I find Chris to be supportive and motivating. His explanation was clear and he has his own success to demonstrate that his approach works. I left the class feeling inspired to work on my statement.
