Editors who went Full-Time

I'm Dharya, video editing for quite a while now. Before joining FTE, I was making decent money and thought I had good skills. But as soon as I joined FTE and watched all the tutorials provided by GOAT Artem, I realised where I was in terms of editing, branding, positining and outreach. After joining Artem personally helped me to help me raise prices with my current clients and suggested things to focus on based on my situation. The community is very interactive and will help you to grow with all the interactive live sessions and personalised editing reviews so that you can improve overtime. At last I only want to say if you are hesistant but want to grow as an editor, FTE is the only community to need to reach your goals

FTE changed my life, like literally. Its not that I was broke unskilled newbie and it turned me into a millionaire. I was an editor who worked whole time and creating the best edits I could every single time and raising the bar higher but my income was always short. Hmm, maybe I am not good enough. (atleast thats what I thought) I need to be better in editing But What Artem taught me literally 4x'ed my income and cut my editing time in less than half. I didn't trust him, or any of the courses and mEnTORsHiP in the beginning but when I thought I am receiving so much free value from the newsletter, I gave it a try thinking if this goes wrong, I'll never waste my money again. In the first 1:1 call that happened, Artem was considerate about my situation and was honest to me and told me to charge higher and edit less. SURELY HE'S KIDDIN- I earned 600$ in 10 days. from a video that would make me 240$ in 30 days. and I closed the month with 2000$, I was making around 500$ before. All I did was keep my head down and just listen to Artem and take action on EVERY SINGLE ADVICE. (I even gave up watching tutorials :( when he told me not to) But more than that, What I truly learnt is how you can be chasing wrong thing the whole time to achieve goal and never ever notice the issue in your strategy something which a coach can much easily. I'm Rt, I've been editing gaming videos for about 4 years (started in 2022). Before FTE I hadn't really seen any progress, I was just mindlessly grinding, making anywhere from $0-$500 with super inconsistent work. I was mainly focused on cramming as many animations into the video as possible and didn't really have any idea of what actually made a good video and I used to get an astronomical amount of revisions and hated working on them. Used to juggle multiple clients and deadlines at once, pulling all nighters and stressing myself out, I used to think all I needed to hit my income goal was more clients. Now I'm making TRIPLE that with a single client, working on content I like, not stressed about deadlines and most of all, getting literally 0 revisions on my videos. The two biggest paradigm shifts I had with FTE were - 1. Learned how to actually make BETTER videos in LESS TIME with viewer-first editing 2. Learned how to manage clients better and what clients are actually worth going for I also actually have a plan going forward for my career unlike before where I was just mindlessly pushing buttons.

My name’s Botond, I’ve been editing for about over a year now. Before joining FTE, I was stuck with just one client. I had the technical skills and work ethic, but I couldn’t land new clients or climb the client ladder.
