@WomensLaxDrills held their first of the summer series of meetings yesterday. We were at a tournament, but the content is so great I made time and space there to join in. Thanks @karasanfordlax for putting that together to help the game get better!

WLD has helped me grow as a coach tremendously. This year we had to implement new ideas/philosophies in order to compete with our schedule. This place was an excellent resource (especially on zone d) and I was able to interact with other coaches too and their opinions. Overall this is a great platform/community that I appreciate

1. Hands-on, practical guidance: you will take away drills and exercises that you can implement in practice straight away.
2. Specialist insights: access to expert knowledge about different aspects of the game.
3. A wonderful and supportive community: the atmosphere in the live sessions, for example, is super supportive - you will feel welcome right away.

Women's Lax Drills and the Circle Up! community might just be the best investment a coach can make in improving themselves in the coaching and lacrosse areas. The admins, and Kara in particular, have the connections to bring in some of the best minds in our community to share what they know and help elevate the game.
The Circle Up community is great by itself. Similar minded people sharing what they know and how to get better at the craft of coaching. When you layer in the paid Women's Lax Drills features a coach has almost all they need to grow and improve. Instructors are pulled from active coaches at the highest level to spread coaching IQ.
