I love that the interface is very user-friendly. There is not confusion with how to set things up, or navigate through the dashboard to find and update your campaigns. The donation pages are also easy on the eyes. You don't open any of these donation pages and feel overwhelmed by the information you're looking at. Givebutter makes it easy to find and read all the information you need when you land on the page. I know our donors aren't searching around to find information on the campaign, what they are giving to, or how to make a donation.

A "No Brainer"...Easy, Simple, Affordable!
Having used a number of online, crowdsourcing fundraising platforms, Givebutter has some unique advantages. There are so many advantages - too many to list. Team-based fundraising, funding through text, QR Code, iframe support on external webpages, different fundraising categories (i.e. tickets, crowdsourcing, or payment)... and I could go on.
However, three stick out. First, the user interface is straight forward, intuitive, and makes workflow extremely easy. Second, I can run multiple campaigns concurrently. Third, it's extremely affordable - other platforms were charging 20-30% in administration fees. Givebutter's fee structure is reasonable (not to mention they removed fees during COVID pandemic, cool right?).

Easy and powerful
It was incredibly easy to create a fundraising page. From signup to live page it took less than 10 minutes and I knew nothing about givebutter. Because of this page we were able to raise over $10000 within 36 hours for people without food due to rioting last month.

Givebutter was a great experience for our program.
Because we did a little bit of work on our own, we receive a much greater percentage of the profits earned thanks to Givebutter. Other crowd sourcing platforms take 30 - 50%. When I say 'a little bit of work' in comparison to other organizations, I am referring to selling the idea to the students. While other crowd sourcing organizations send someone out to sale the idea to the students, Givebutter doesn't. I prefer that, knowing, we (the booster club and I) can take ownership in what we are doing. It feels good to know that we are putting more profits into the students!

We collect from all families in our school each year for a holiday fund for staff and faculty. After a few years of using PayPal and losing a significant portion of donations to fees, we found Givebutter! Since our use of the platform was a bit different than other kinds of fundraisers, we had some specific needs in options for donors and in data collection/reporting. Our organization did a couple of fundraiser with GiveButter and the results were great.
The platform was relatively straight forward and we were able to get live on time updates via the Dashboard. And if we ran into trouble, the GiveButter customer service team was able to help us. Also, if any of our campers wanted to do a fundraiser for a life event, GiveButter was very accessible and we were able to create a link and share it on social media platforms.

Almost zero fees and love that we were treated like we truly mattered to the support staff at Givebutter. It's easy to just feel anonymous when using some of the larger fundraising sites. Givebutter made it feel personal and like they were invested in our success. We also love that they have options to donate via Apple Pay, Paypal, etc. Not just credit cards.
