No matter the question, a live person responds to you within a few minutes, and the conversation isn't closed until you've received full assistance. I've used other databases in the past that do not have this component; comparatively, it makes it much more user-friendly and straightforward. I'm able to complete my task quickly due to the live chat.

Really appreciate the low fees, easy connection to Salesforce, and how user friendly it is.
Givebutter seems much more tailored to nonprofits than the other fundraising platforms we've used. It's way easier to use and the help we've received with implementation has been excellent. Integrating with Salesforce was the most important piece to us and it's great for that. We're also excited to use the silent auction item software this year - it's much less expensive and provides our organization with the option to have guests or ourselves pay the low-cost fees which we're very happy about.

I also really like having the archive of contacts and their donation history. Plus the ability to pivot between fundraising profile for different organizations (it is helpful since we have both a 501c3 and a 501c4). Givebutter so far has been a great additional tool to use for our Non-profit. We have been using it for donation campaigns; they make it easy to navigate, get all the information needed, and share with our supporters. We are excited to try their new auction function in the future for the yearly auction we put on, but from playing with it, this feature seems to be just as simple and easy as the donation campaigns we have already used.

We switched to Givebutter from an expensive provider that wanted to nickel and dime for forms, peer-to-peer, and events. The ease of use and ability to embed into our website allows us to do some very creative things that other platforms don't allow. We are a small nonprofit organization, and fundraising platforms can be difficult to use, come with expensive fees, and have little to no digital support behind them. We have not had any of these usual issues with Givebutter! Givebutter is smooth and easy to use! I used it first for an event during COVID with an intricate fundraising strategy using to-go Après Soirée bags and it was super easy and the event was a huge success! The customer service chat was helpful, and I'm pretty sure it was a real person!

If settings are set up correctly, they can also use a QR code, link, or text to give, which makes it easy to get donors to the website. The checkout process is also smooth. Lastly, we can require people to cover any transaction fees, which is very helpful to ensure every penny goes into our nonprofit! Wow this robust fundraising asset is completely free - but I love donating a percentage back to maintain that. We have been able to do peer to peer, tickets, donations, and more. I love that those donations/tickets are then turned into constituents, with GiveButter's amazing CRM feature, so you can continue to communicate with them and build your relationships (and money raised!).
