I am proud and grateful to be a member and supporter of Grassroots Law Project - it is one of the very few authentic and effective organizations pursuing real justice and exposing systemic violence and corruption to the bright light of global awareness and local action. It is an important model to follow for the future positive transformation of America and the entire world.

I'm very grateful for the work of Grass Roots Law Project and Shaun King. This work is helping to give voices, power, and justice to those who have had it stolen, or who are not able on their own.

I am a proud partner of and donor to Grassroots Law and I'm with Shaun King 1000%. Shaun has been put through the ringer, as us old folks used to say, and it's terrible. He is a man of integrity who continues to lead the charge, regardless of negative attention or harassment. He stands up for people who cannot stand up for themselves. Literally. I URGE you to get involved. This organization is transparent, is run with integrity, and I couldn't be prouder to be a part of something so big. We work on behalf of people all over the United States to support them in obtaining justice - like those who are imprisoned without charges, or those who are being held in jails for crimes they did not commit. We work to get local leaders elected. We will transform the "American INjustice" system. And yes, we are some of the people who want to see policing transformed. I love GLP because they fight for what I believe in. As a single, working parent, I don't have the time I'd like to have for reaching out to affect change, but through GLP I can and do make a difference every day in the right ways.

When I first started following GLP two years ago, I was ignorant about the ways Black people live in fear because of interactions with police that have often left them or others in their community traumatized, injured, or killed. I take screen shots of names and events, research them on my own, and then write and send old-school letters to chiefs of police, governors, city council members, etc. Without GLP (whom we support regularly), I would not have this awareness. I'm so grateful!

I am a proud committed monthly contributor to GLP. It is the least I can do in light of all the organization does. Without GLP, I would not be kept abreast of so many issues. To name a couple: GLP enlightened me on police department's huge budgets and their dismal statistics on actually solving crimes. GLP enlightened me on the inhuman treatment of Alabama prison inmate Kasillis Vaughn and gave me the resource to make multiple calls on his behalf. I can count on GLP to supply me with the "facts" I need to be aware of because I'm certainly not getting the "facts" from the nightly news. I am confident that my contribution is used for the work GLP does and the many people GLP helps. THANK YOU GLP!!!

I have been a supporter of Shaun’s since I learned of his restarting The North Star, Frederick Douglass landmark newspaper. Then, as I began to read his daily posts, I realized and began to support his amazing efforts to combat police violence against young black women and men and help elect remarkable district attorneys across the country. Keep it up Shaun! You’re the best! Thank you for your remarkable efforts.

GLP’s work has made a difference because we have proven that people power works. Our call hotlines, when thousands of supporters do their part, can help get real accountability for people like Patrick Lyoya, Fanta Bility, and many more. It has also really brought attention to cases like this that don’t always make the national news. My favorite part of being on this team is that I know there are simple actions I can do. Sometimes I wonder how I as an individual can make a difference, but the resources GLP provides (like petitions and call hotlines) have allowed me to use my voice to speak up against police brutality.

I first found Grassroots Law Project through instagram, after a few political activists I follow began to mention it in their posts. It is my unequivocal belief that the GLP team stands not only for equal rights and justice, but also humanity, accountability, and progress. Although I am from the UK, GLP has enabled me to make a positive change from halfway across the world, and there can be no doubt that this team has made a huge lived impact on the ground where they work. The one thing that constantly amazes me about the people who work for GLP is the endless capacity for sympathy and kindness that they demonstrate with every action, and I believe this is reflected in both the cases they take on in court, as well as the long term impact they are hoping to secure with endorsing political candidates and creating feasible policies for the future. There is a sense of absolute transparency in how the Project is run, and I have set up a recurring monthly donation as I truly believe that my money is being used to change lives and help those who are in a position of vulnerability. The Grassroots Law Project is run by deeply passionate and committed people, and I will to continue to support their invaluable work for as long as I am able.

GLP does incredible work in bringing justice to black people and families, fighting for them and giving them a voice. I will continue to participate in their actions as much as I can, to help create a safer and more fair environment for everybody.

GLP is an amazing organization, working endlessly and tirelessly on critical social justice issues with incredibly effective pressure campaigns. I have seen their impact on individuals and communities, time and time again. They bravely pursue issues that no one else addresses. Stay strong, Shaun, and everyone on the team!

I am so pleased to be able to contribute, in a very small way, to an organization with very big ideas. No one in our country should have the "justice" system work against them when they've been treated differently because they're not white. Any organization which works to right those wrongs deserves respect, not slurs.

I'm not sure how I first heard about GLP, but I'm so glad I did. GLP is a champion for so many who are underserved and unheard by the media. They are changeagents to help fight and bring awareness to the injustices of Blacks and others being brutalized by police and the abuses of the criminal justice system. I am a proud supporter of Real justice! I know Sean King and his staff get down on their knees and the work that needs to be done to get the word out about Progressive Democrats is really being done.. When I donate to Real Justice I know my money is being put too good use and I feel comfort knowing what an excellent job Real Justice is doing. All Republican Donors and MAGA REPUBLICANS can do is lie and make false claims because that’s the only way they have a chance at winning. Progressive Democrats and Real Justice care about their Constituents that voted them in. MAGA REPUBLICANS forget and leave behind their Constituents who voted them in .. The eviler it gets in this world, the more Shaun King, & GLP stand tall in one of their many purposes on earth. This platform isn't watered down, sole-driven, or enticed by fame & fortune. This platform speaks truth to power against all odds, & when Shaun King shares his heart with his IG followers... It's the truest form of integrity to me... Which is how a human being lives when no one is looking. Shaun King & GLP do a work in my opinion that only God can touch a person(s) to do & I pray for them (their families) & thank them. I first heard about GLP on Shaun King's podcast "The Breakdown" - ever since that day GLP has been a part of my daily engagement and awareness, and, in all honesty as a source of real truth on the challenges our country faces on a daily basis: racial injustice, police brutality, the importance of electing good DAs. GLP has (does) make me aware of the depth and breadth of issues I only had cursory awareness of prior to joining GLP. As much as it is very painful to hear the challenges on a daily basis, it's so important the good work GLP does - it helps me understand what I can do and actions I can take everyday to help battle these issues on a daily basis. GLP is a very important and honest voice in a time where finding out what is truly happening can be a monumental task - GLP cuts to the heart of the matter.

I first heard about GLP from my son (I am 68 years old). When I checked it out, I was both glad and thankful to see what was being done to help people and families for whom there has been little justice. I admire the conviction and the courage of those who are at the forefront of this righteous movement. I am happy to be able to contribute as I am able, and I celebrate each step forward. GLP is on the side of what is right and just. Thank you!

I heard about this in the Summer of 2020 with all the work Shaun King was doing with BLM and other movements. I feel the work made has made a good difference. I am happy to be part of the GLP team and they have brought my attention to issues I would have otherwise not known. My favourite part is being able to make a difference

I got involved early with GLP as a volunteer researcher for elections in 2020-2021. I got more involved once GLP started advocating for Marvin Guy. I got to march with my wife and a crowd of supporters in Austin and was impressed with the model of mobilizing large numbers of regular people from all over the city and state. Already we've seen positive change and the death penalty is off the table for Marvin. With so much work to do, it's organizations like GLP that remind me that doing my part can be enough as long as we collaborate. I know that no organization is perfect. I'm just impressed by what GLP does and hope to see more of it.

I have been involved with GLP because I follow Mr. Shaun King on IG. After reading about what GLP was about I joined them along with NorthStar. GLP is doing what the Word of God says we are supposed to do for our fellow human beings. The Lord said you didn't feed me when I was hungry, you did not visit me when I was in prison, you did not cloth me when I was naked and people will say when did we see you hungry, or naked and he will say When You Did This To The Least Of Them, You Did It Unto Me. I get letters from GLP and they give us a report of all the things we as a group were able to accomplish, I get them and place them in my Bible, because through this organization I am fulfilling what the Lord requires. His people LOVE. Thats what GLP means to me. A arm of compassion from the Lord to those that society would like to throw away. This organization will never be stopped because it is the profound will of Almighty God!!!! Mr. Shaun King was hand picked by God for such a time as this. The Angels of the Lord go before him and they will protect him and his family. To fight him is to try and fight Almighty God, you better stop it. This is how I feel and this is my purpose is In this organization. Thank You.

I first became aware of Grassroots Law Project as video of Ahmaud Arbery’s murder was being released back in 2020. Those horrible images stuck with me and changed me in a way I can’t even describe. I wanted to get involved, so I went to the GLP website and followed prompts to begin making calls to agencies and authorities in Georgia in an attempt to seek justice for Arbery and his family. This important organization sheds light on racial injustice everywhere, and fights tirelessly for the marginalized, oppressed and criminalized. I am grateful for everything GLP does and then I can be a small part of it.

Shaun goes above and beyond of what is expected of him. Grassroots is a fabulous organization and does what it takes to get the job done. Shaun never gives up and does what it takes to fight for a fair justice system. His approach to various issues open my eyes to all the injustices in our system, especially with the Ahmaud Arbrey and Breonna Taylor deaths.

My favorite thing about the GLP: Learning about the most urgent needs with action steps, calling/emailing elected officials, donating and sharing on social media. Then seeing the outcomes of these organized and well communicated efforts.

I'm so glad of all their brave, resolute and relentless efforts to end police violence, the racist, immoral war on drugs and mass incarceration. I'm faithful that they'll prevail and contribute to a just, peaceful world.

I’m so proud to support an organisation like GLP. Shaun and others are sacrificing so much to help and save the lives of others through their hard work and dedication. Releasing wrongfully incarcerated people, supporting candidates that have similar values, working to keep immigrants in a safe country, and demanding justice for those who have been wrongfully treated are just some of the things GLP stands for. I trust and 100% support what Shaun and this organisation are doing.

I stand behind GLP 1000%. Never have I ever seen such transparent and effective life changing human rights work for what people consider “minority group/people”. I am almost without words for Shaun King. He is a phenomenal individual with the biggest heart for humanity and justice. I have so much respect for him. Truly one of a kind. I first heard about GLP during the George Floyd protest on Shaun King Instagram account. I started following Shaun King and learned about other issues happening across the United States with black and brown people. The more I heard, the more I wanted to help. I realized one way to help was to give to this cause. I trust that the work Shaun King and GLP do is done in integrity and I 100% believe in the work they are doing. I also understand how some powers that be would like to see this all come to dust because Shaun King and GLP are successful. These attacks will never stop me from believing in the causes that are being helped by Shaun King and GLP.

I first heard about GLP when I was sent a message from them in my email I quickly opened and it wad very important for me to join such a group who are very determined and willing to take on cases that noone dared to even attempted their hard work and determination can never be matched and we can't repay them for a the blood, sweat and tears that follows behind their work that's why I'm stand behind you Shaun King and your mighty fighting team THANK YOU FOR ALL THAT YOU DO

I'm extremely proud of being a part of Grassroots Law Project. The work the organization does is priceless. I trust they are using my donations for the work at hand. There is so much to do, and it takes time and money. The education that I have received while being a part of this organization organization is invaluable. Shaun King continues to honestly work towards towards Justice goals. I have seen nothing but the highest standards of accountability within the organization and with Shaun King personally. His detractors are mistaken misinformed or ignorant or lying. Shaun is in this fight for the long haul and has nothing to gain by by being dishonest. I think I found grassroots shortly after the Ahmaud Arbery story got big. It makes me feel sick to think of how many people die and experience violence that go unnoticed. I think grassroots law and everyone involved have changed the landscape. We are still in the very beginning stages of holding white supremacy accountable for the death and violence is causes. But I am so thankful that this exists.

My first encounter with GLP was definitely a post on either Twitter or Instagram, but most importantly the post made me dig a little deeper and read more post. I was looking for a way to help my community at large and I so thankful I found GLP. Transparency while doing the work on the Frontline! God bless, protect and continuously strengthen the entire GLP! I learned about the GLP as a follower of Shaun King on social media. I make sure that I’m not just following some because of popularity. I use discernment to determine if this will benefit anyone besides the host. I can attest that the GLP definitely benefits the people who are for right. The GLP is vital in this day and time that we’re living. They are standing on the forefront fighting and addressing issues that we may otherwise be unlearned of. Shaun King has and is doing an excellent work. There are so many testimonies that if it had not been for the GLP, the wicked wouldn’t have been exposed! Keep up the great work Shaun. Grassroots Law Project is one of the greatest organizations that exists. As a person who does a lot of volunteer work, this is one of my favorite places to work with. This is because they do the amazing work of showing up for our Black siblings. I am so proud of Grassroots Law Project and the things that they have done. The last few years have been hard for the racial justice movement, but Grassroots Law has made it better.

I first learned about Grassroots Law Project in 2020 during a time when so many of us wanted to join the fight for racial equity, justice, and liberation in the United States, but at the same time, felt helpless in the face of so much horrific violence. That's where GLP stepped in with actionable, practical, accessible, and most importantly, SUCCESSFUL strategies to push back against the systems of racial injustice that have been interwoven in the fabric of this nation for centuries. In the years since partnering with GLP, I have seen firsthand how effectively Shaun King and his entire team mobilize to create a plan, put it into action, and achieve results that help to bend the moral arc of this country ever so closer to justice. I have also participated in the work to carry out these plans, and I can attest, there is no better feeling than the assurance I am doing my small part to usher in the kind of equitable future I want to see for generations to come here in the U.S. Since I fervently believe in what GLP is doing on the frontlines, I am a consistent monthly donor, and as such, I guarantee that Shaun has been entirely transparent about how my donations are used to continue advancing this work I'm so passionate about. I heard about the Fanta Billity case through the organization. I have not heard about it anywhere else. Everyone should know about it. The murder and the lack if media coverage as well as accountability are absolutely sickening. #justiceforfantabillity

I first began with the GLP as a listener of the podcast "The Breakdown" with Shaun King. Listening to this podcast inspired me to do my own individual research of the topics. Every time, I mean every time I did so Shaun King's information was dead-on fact. His action steps led me to not only follow them but to begin financially supporting this organization. GLP has been essential in the fight for justice for an innumerable amount of people. The results of such endeavors continue to give me strength & boldness to keep striving for common sense awareness & true justice. My favorite things about GLP is it's unwavering history of enlightening & utilizing multiple platforms and resources. Grassroots supplies tools needed to live a better life & defends & protects those who would otherwise have little to no voice. I'm so proud to be a hand in this group because it's not merely talking about problems. Here we find solutions, put plans into motion, & make change behind the scenes. A lot of the amplifying I hear about crooked lethal 'law enforcement'--and much of the effective pushback--comes from GLP. They have their eyes on so many cases and are taking the long view about what we need to do to upend this entrenched racist machine. They are out there fighting for Ahmaud, Fanta, Shawn, and every BIPOC in the crosshairs of white supremacist cops, DAs and politicians.

I have been listening to The Breakdown for past few years so I am aware of Grassroots Law and Real Justice from Shaun talking about some of the cases and campaigns he is working on. I have seen the wave of noise made from Ahmaud Arbery case. I have listened to interviews from a gentlemen in Michigan who was released from jail after decades for cannibis possession and I am happy to have been able to contribute to some actual semblance of justice for some people and there families. I watch a progressive news outlet but they can only cover so much. There are some overlaps, but most of what I hear from Shaun is ahead of the news or not on it at all. I am happy to be on the side of right, to have some actual tangible impact trying to better the lives of black people and people in general. To have someone calling out the hypocrisy and the blatant crime from politicians, individuals, systems and corporations. Sign me up with Shaun King anytime.

From the time consuming work that Mr. King has done and continues to accomplish day in and day out, the GLP and the founding father of the organisation has done tremendous work for not only people like me, but all peoples across the world! I feel flattered, humbled, and honoured to be apart of such an upstanding and dedicated community and organisation that continuously strives for positive change. Being part of the team means I’m able to accomplish everything I could ever hope to, accomplishment wise. Thanks to the GLP, I’m able to sleep soundly knowing we’re vast in numbers and uphold our morals in the faces of injustices around the world.
