My family and I came across one of the properties to rent which was perfect for us. Hailey processed our application and helped us understand everything that needed to be known before move in. When it came time to move in, she was welcoming and made sure that we loved the place (which we do) and that if we had any issues, to let her know so she could help us resolve it. She's very quick to answer her calls, she responds to our emails very quickly, she is kind and she's very attentive. She does not complain whatsoever. One of the greatest tenant managers I have ever came across with. A big thank you to Hailey and the rest of the team for not letting us down and for continuing to assist us in whatever matter is to come. Your efforts are greatly appreciated and does not go unnoticed.

Everything with this management company is great. Hailey Davila, communicated fast and was very kind. The application process was simple and I heard from Hailey way sooner than I had expected. After being approved for the apartment, I decided that I wasn't ready to hit "go". That being said, I asked Hailey to please keep me updated on other properties that fit what I am looking for. My overall experience with Good Life Property Management as a tenant is excellent. I moved to my new home "sight unseen," and the team ensured that everything was taken care of before my arrival. They were also kind enough to present a video tour of the property before signing the lease and providing I was at ease with my decision. When I arrived at my new home, they were kind enough to leave a welcome bag of items I would require within my 1st day when I moved in. It was a nice touch. I also greatly appreciate that my property manager reached out to check and see how my move went and if they could assist with it. As a renter, that's a great feeling. Thank you, Hailey and David!

We found our new rental home with the help of Good Life. It has been nothing but a seamless journey renting with them. The entire process from applying to moving in was very smooth and everyone at Good Life has been super nice. Claudia helped us with our application and move-in and she has been very kind and considerate throughout. She responded promptly and accurately to all our questions and we are extremely happy with her customer service. Submitting maintenance requests is quite easy too and we would like to thank Carlos and Derek for helping us with the maintenance issues. They were both quick to address all our requests and concerns. Rent payment can be done online with the option to setup automatic payments which is a plus. Overall, Good Life is an amazing company to work with. They are truly professional, knowledgeable and kind people who strive to provide the best experience. I’ve been hunting for townhomes and condos to move into, so I’ve been calling property owners and managements with most of them not answering. However when I got into contact with Hector at Good Life, I love how quickly the call forwarded with much needed info and scheduling. Hector was so kind enough to answer all my questions and has helped me schedule a touring of a home I’m interested in so fast and easy. On January 22nd, my home flooded. Fortunately, just the year before, I had enlisted the services of Good Life! Upon hearing the news, I felt disheartened about the fate of my rental property (my first ever). Keith Castellanos, the maintenance coordinator, handled the situation with utmost professionalism. She carefully considered both my concerns and those of the current tenants, and skillfully coordinated the repairs.
