# Automatically reward your customers

> Turn on automatic gift cards for video testimonials from the thank-you page.

Turn on automatic rewards on the thank-you page to send a gift card for each video testimonial. Available on Ultimate and Ultimate+.

This is the default thank-you page:

## Open the thank-you page

1.  Open the Space editor.
    
2.  Click **Thank You Page** next to Prompt settings at the top of the form.

## Turn on automatic rewards

**Note:** You need to upgrade your plan to use this feature. Automatic rewards are sent only for video testimonials. Text testimonials do not trigger a reward.

1.  Add funds to your Rewards account. See [Rewards Balance](https://help.testimonial.to/en/articles/8139944-rewards-balance).
    
2.  Turn the automatic reward option on.
    
3.  Enter how much to send for each video testimonial.

**Note:** Rewards keep sending until the balance is exhausted. You are also notified if the account has a low balance (less than $100).
