# Can I embed the form I have created instead?

> Embed a form you created instead of the public landing page. Ultimate and Ultimate+.

Yes. You can embed a form you created in the Space instead of the public landing page.

**Note:** Building forms requires Ultimate or Ultimate+. Ultimate and Ultimate+ allow unlimited forms.

## Embed a form

1.  Open the Space and click **Embed widgets** in the left sidebar.
    
2.  Under **Collect Feedback**, select **Collecting widget**.
    
3.  In the Collecting Widget Manager, click **\+ Create Collecting Widget** to add a variation, or click the pencil icon to edit an existing one.

4.  On the **Setup** tab, under **Form options**, use the **Form** dropdown to select the form. The default is **None**, which uses your public landing page.

5.  The live preview on the right updates to show the form. Click **Save & Continue**, then copy that widget's embed code and paste it on your site.
