# Can't find a testimonial?

> Where a missing testimonial usually ends up and how to find it.

If a testimonial you expected isn't showing up in your [Testimonial.to](http://Testimonial.to) Space, it hasn't disappeared. It's almost always in one of three places: your Inbox, Integrations, or the Spam filter inside your Inbox.

## **Where to look**

1.  Inbox—where new testimonials from your collection forms land first.

2.  Integrations—where testimonials that come in through a connected integration show up.

3.  Spam—a filter inside your Inbox. Testimonials flagged as spam stay hidden from your main Inbox view until you mark them as secured.

## **Before you start**

-   A [Testimonial.to](http://Testimonial.to) account with at least one Space.

-   Access to the Space (owner or invited collaborator).

## **Check your Inbox**

1.  Open your Space and click Inbox in the sidebar.

2.  Look through the list for the testimonial you're missing; you can click on the Search Bar and add the customer's information to find it quickly.

## **Check Integrations**

1.  In the Space sidebar, click Integrations.

2.  Look for the testimonial among the ones that came in through your imported testimonials.

## **Check your Inbox Spam**

1.  Go to Inbox in the Space sidebar.

2.  Click Status and select Spam.

3.  Find the testimonial you're looking for.

4.  Click the Shield icon on the testimonial to mark it as secured.

Once it's marked as secured, the testimonial is no longer treated as spam, and you can add it to your Wall of Love like any other testimonial.

## **Tips**

Still can't find it? Make sure you're in the right Space. Testimonials only appear in the Space whose form or import they came through.
