# Creating forms within your space

> Create extra collection forms in a Space on Ultimate and Ultimate+.

You can create multiple forms in one Space. Each form has its own title, description, questions, and share link.

**Note:** Building forms requires Ultimate or Ultimate+. Ultimate and Ultimate+ allow unlimited forms.

A form is another collection page in the Space. You can auto-apply tags to submissions for easier filtering.
