# Creating Personalized Links

> Pre-fill a collection-page link with email, name, and id.

Add query parameters to a collection-page URL so the form is pre-filled for that person. Supported parameters are email, name, and id.

## Supported parameters

-   **email**
    
-   **name**
    
-   **id**
    

## Example

For a space at `testimonial.to/northwind-reviews`:

```
https://testimonial.to/northwind-reviews?email=jordan.lee@example.com&name=Jordan Lee&id=48291
```
