# Download video testimonial and other assets

> Download a video testimonial as MP4, plus the activity log, thumbnail, or GIF.

You can download every video testimonial in its original resolution as an MP4. From the same menu you can also download the activity log, the video thumbnail, or a GIF.

**Note:** If the download does not start, open an Incognito window in Chrome and try again.

## Download files

1.  Open the **Inbox**. Click the three-dot menu on the upper right of the testimonial.

2.  Click **Download Files**.

3.  Choose **Activity log**, **video**, **video thumbnail**, or **GIF**.
